The competition came out several times last year , charges a lot of money and still the failures continued . Every time they billed me for a service call. They make appointments to come to your home, and never show; they hire anyone to fill an employment void, and don't honor warranties. This is a prime example of a business growing too quickly and lacking the proper training for its staff. I once liked this company; because they cared about their customers. Not any more.

Worst company I have ever dealt with .Kaylee and her husband don't take responsibility for their…read morework . My cabinets look like garbage, there dents and finger prints all over. My floors have paint everywhere as well as most of my appliances in the kitchen. I didn't have the exact handle at home for them to drill the holes so I had to send someone to get different ones and even with the handles , the holes are not centered at all. They laugh at you and tell you it's common sense to know, you should have the exact handles but I took a last minute spot a few days later and I was told they were only adding the second hole for a 5in space but instead wood filled the first hole when they sprayed the cabinet doors and had to drill both holes after the placed them up. Kaylee basically called me a lair and told me I was told, i should have had the exact handles but I was not. Tons of spots were not even sprayed completely and the men had to touch up most of them. They were at my house until 8pm on Friday which is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They didn't paint behind my refrigerator and told me it was a liability that they cannot move it so instead of asking if I could move it, they just left it unpainted . Kaylee didn't like that I was telling her the job was incomplete and she continued to give excuses instead of giving me actual resolutions. She was nasty the whole time and didn't like I wasn't backing down to having her complete the job I was promised so she voided my warranty. NOT like I want it for the horrible job I got. The crew spoke Spanish but my father understands/speaks and they complained the whole time how poorly they are paid and gave us their personal numbers so they can come back and fix the job themselves. After Kaylee accused the guys were uncomfortable in my home because of screaming. I have three kids and 13 foot ceilings so i don't know what sounds they're used to but in my house it's loud and once again, an example how inappropriate she spoke to me. The crew were pleasant and we tipped them very well after. And they were happy to give us all their personal information so I don't know how uncomfortable they could have been. Her and her husband didn't even come and see the job there company did, all I got was excuses how everything was my FAULT. I've never had a company talk to me the way they did. If I were you, I would completely beware. I'm sure they will write something full of excuses but at the end of the day customers are always right. There are lots of people who do this type of work and charge the same. These people have no respect for their customers.

We hired KB painting to paint our shiplap ceiling in May. After research the only way to paint…read moreshiplap ceiling after it is installed is to spray it. We discussed spraying our ceiling, protecting our walls as they were just painted and also protecting our floors because they were professionally cleaned. We also requested a flat paint because it was a ceiling. KB painters had a painter come out to our house to give us an estimate and to view the job. From that point we had hired the company. We took their next available date. The painters (someone different than who was supposed to originally do the job) showed up 4 hours late with rollers and a semi gloss paint and zero protection. We called the owners and were very confused as to why nothing was what we asked for. At that point we did not feel comfortable allowing them to do the job so we had requested a refund of $900 for the deposit. They told us that they will not refund us even though they did not bring any supplies into our house nor did they do any work at all! I then contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. KB Painting never responded to the credit card dispute instead put me into collections for $2000 which was more than what the job was supposed to be. We hired E.A.G Custom Painting after, and gave the same instructions. They did an amazing job, met all of our needs, and showed up on time.

I used these folks back in 2019, had a great experience, so decided to try them again. I'm so glad I did! I had a small electrical job that was beyond me. It wasn't a high priority, but it needed to be done. Here is what happened. Front-of-the House- I was touched by two very nice women. I could feel their great attitude over the phone. I could even sense their smile. I waited for ten days for an appointment because it was low priority and that was no problem. Service- Two great guys showed up. They were running a little behind but that was no problem because I was kept informed. They were friendly and competent and got the job done in under an hour. They cleaned up beautifully. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and make sure I was satisfied. The price was very fair as expected. Needless to say these fine folks are now my go-to guys for all my electrical work!
