I had built up a list of about ten tasks and it was time to do something about it. My neighbors all swore this guy walks on water, so I gave him a call. He perused my condo and assured me that everything was doable and should be no problem. He was booked for about ten days, so I had to wait a bit. Once he got going I was hugely impressed. His attention to detail was outstanding. His communication skills with me were spot on. The fit & finish of everything he did was impressive and when he cleaned up everything was immaculate. Note- He lives in North Highlands County and generally works in the Central and North parts of the county. He might be enticed to travel a bit more if the job is large enough. I would go above five stars if I could; he's that good!

I just had what I thought would be the plumbing day from hell!…read more My hot water heater is in my garage and suddenly there was substantial water running from underneath it. I called these fine folks who I've been using for years, Oh s**t! It was not a hot water heater leak but a "slab leak" that just happened to be near the heater. That's right, there was a break underneath my concrete slab. Oh, double s**t! I had visions of $$$$ dancing in my head. These fine folks quickly mobilized a team of three guys to deal with this potential disaster. The issue was additionally complicated as the hot water heater had to be drained, disconnected, and moved to get at the leak. Of course, a hole had to be cut into the slab. It took these guys the better part of a day to get it done. The result was almost magical! You would never know there was a hole in the slab underneath. As you can see my picture, the heater was beautifully reconnected, and everything was cleaned up very nicely. Best of all the price was extremely reasonable! Update- This business has now moved on to the second generation. The father retired and the son took over the business. This was the first time I dealt with the son. As expected, he was every bit as competent, honest, and personable as his father. Five stars!

I was told a price on the phone and Mr. Mosser repaired our issue using a simpler method and charged me barely half of what I was originally told on phone. I couldn't believe how fair and honest this company is. On a final note about my service, I was home alone while my husband was at work. Normally i'm very leery about allowing a man in my home whilst alone but Mr Mosser didn't linger or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Feeling very blessed about my experience with this plumber.

Worst company I have ever dealt with .Kaylee and her husband don't take responsibility for their…read morework . My cabinets look like garbage, there dents and finger prints all over. My floors have paint everywhere as well as most of my appliances in the kitchen. I didn't have the exact handle at home for them to drill the holes so I had to send someone to get different ones and even with the handles , the holes are not centered at all. They laugh at you and tell you it's common sense to know, you should have the exact handles but I took a last minute spot a few days later and I was told they were only adding the second hole for a 5in space but instead wood filled the first hole when they sprayed the cabinet doors and had to drill both holes after the placed them up. Kaylee basically called me a lair and told me I was told, i should have had the exact handles but I was not. Tons of spots were not even sprayed completely and the men had to touch up most of them. They were at my house until 8pm on Friday which is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They didn't paint behind my refrigerator and told me it was a liability that they cannot move it so instead of asking if I could move it, they just left it unpainted . Kaylee didn't like that I was telling her the job was incomplete and she continued to give excuses instead of giving me actual resolutions. She was nasty the whole time and didn't like I wasn't backing down to having her complete the job I was promised so she voided my warranty. NOT like I want it for the horrible job I got. The crew spoke Spanish but my father understands/speaks and they complained the whole time how poorly they are paid and gave us their personal numbers so they can come back and fix the job themselves. After Kaylee accused the guys were uncomfortable in my home because of screaming. I have three kids and 13 foot ceilings so i don't know what sounds they're used to but in my house it's loud and once again, an example how inappropriate she spoke to me. The crew were pleasant and we tipped them very well after. And they were happy to give us all their personal information so I don't know how uncomfortable they could have been. Her and her husband didn't even come and see the job there company did, all I got was excuses how everything was my FAULT. I've never had a company talk to me the way they did. If I were you, I would completely beware. I'm sure they will write something full of excuses but at the end of the day customers are always right. There are lots of people who do this type of work and charge the same. These people have no respect for their customers.

We hired KB painting to paint our shiplap ceiling in May. After research the only way to paint…read moreshiplap ceiling after it is installed is to spray it. We discussed spraying our ceiling, protecting our walls as they were just painted and also protecting our floors because they were professionally cleaned. We also requested a flat paint because it was a ceiling. KB painters had a painter come out to our house to give us an estimate and to view the job. From that point we had hired the company. We took their next available date. The painters (someone different than who was supposed to originally do the job) showed up 4 hours late with rollers and a semi gloss paint and zero protection. We called the owners and were very confused as to why nothing was what we asked for. At that point we did not feel comfortable allowing them to do the job so we had requested a refund of $900 for the deposit. They told us that they will not refund us even though they did not bring any supplies into our house nor did they do any work at all! I then contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. KB Painting never responded to the credit card dispute instead put me into collections for $2000 which was more than what the job was supposed to be. We hired E.A.G Custom Painting after, and gave the same instructions. They did an amazing job, met all of our needs, and showed up on time.

I quickly had a written estimate texted to me and a three-hour window (3-6) for the next day. He gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way and showed up at 5:15. So far, so good. He was extremely pleasant and courteous and got to work right away. It took him about 70 minutes and the result was nothing less than astounding! It just goes to show you how important it is to couple experience with the right equipment. It was the best $100 I've spent in quite a while!
