He perused my condo and assured me that everything was doable and should be no problem. He was booked for about ten days, so I had to wait a bit. Once he got going I was hugely impressed. His attention to detail was outstanding. His communication skills with me were spot on. The fit & finish of everything he did was impressive and when he cleaned up everything was immaculate. Note- He lives in North Highlands County and generally works in the Central and North parts of the county. He might be enticed to travel a bit more if the job is large enough. I just had what I thought would be the plumbing day from hell!…read more My hot water heater is in my garage and suddenly there was substantial water running from underneath it. I called these fine folks who I've been using for years, Oh s**t! It was not a hot water heater leak but a "slab leak" that just happened to be near the heater. That's right, there was a break underneath my concrete slab. Oh, double s**t! I had visions of $$$$ dancing in my head. These fine folks quickly mobilized a team of three guys to deal with this potential disaster. The issue was additionally complicated as the hot water heater had to be drained, disconnected, and moved to get at the leak. Of course, a hole had to be cut into the slab. It took these guys the better part of a day to get it done. The result was almost magical! You would never know there was a hole in the slab underneath. As you can see my picture, the heater was beautifully reconnected, and everything was cleaned up very nicely. Best of all the price was extremely reasonable! Update- This business has now moved on to the second generation. The father retired and the son took over the business. This was the first time I dealt with the son. As expected, he was every bit as competent, honest, and personable as his father. Five stars!

I was told a price on the phone and Mr. Mosser repaired our issue using a simpler method and charged me barely half of what I was originally told on phone. I couldn't believe how fair and honest this company is. On a final note about my service, I was home alone while my husband was at work. Normally i'm very leery about allowing a man in my home whilst alone but Mr Mosser didn't linger or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Feeling very blessed about my experience with this plumber.

It seemed rushed toward the end with less attention toward the touch ups the sprayer did not get and we were advised to buy a quart of paint to finish the detail. The pool decking does peel some in areas even after a second trip out to touch up detail and it was applied with some light debris such as grass and a few leaves painted over as well as the drain cover. One of the areas of the column that had been treated for rust rusted a second time and Martin did return to repair but was rushed to get to his child's ball game and black rust proof was left unpainted. We painted over it. The doors were not sanded prior to painting and it does not look as good as it should for the price we paid. See photos.
