Big Job Done Right (and Lower Insurance Premiums)…read more Simpson Construction and Roofing replaced the roof on my single-story home and a very large detached garage in Lakeland, and the job was done right from start to finish. This was a major project. They completed a full reroof, upgraded me to peel-and-stick underlayment (sealed roof deck), replaced damaged decking and lumber, handled soffit/fascia repairs, and installed a solar garage fan. Everything was clearly explained, itemized, and fairly priced. The peel-and-stick upgrade alone resulted in significant insurance savings after my wind mitigation inspection, which made the upgrade more than worth it. The crew worked efficiently, kept the site clean, and the material quantities were accurate with almost no waste. No surprise charges, no pressure, and the finished roof looks great. If you're looking for a Central Florida roofing company that does quality work, communicates well, and delivers real value, I highly recommend Simpson Construction and Roofing. -- Kelly English

Can you say $$$$$! My association had been saving for decades for new roofs and I was up last week. Woot! Woot! They picked these fine folks. It started with an email from them that pulled no punches and I appreciated that. It was going to be incredibly noisy and messy, and my building would be a construction zone, so I had to make different arrangements for my car. It was all of that! From 7-4 each weekday they went at it for a week and a half. At some points there were ten guys at once on my roof! So how did they do? I met the owner several times and he was incredibly nice and responsive. His guys were unfailingly pleasant and worked hard to clean up every day. It was indeed very noisy. Let's just say I didn't take any afternoon naps! As you can see from the picks, my new roof is gorgeous! As I complete the paperwork, I'm about to get a yearly discount on my condo insurance. I'll bet you're thinking $50 a year or so. How about hundreds of dollars a year! Woot! Woot!
