In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. When their sloppy incomplete mess of a floor repair was addressed they disappeared. Not returning calls or text messages. It took 4 months to get their attention since the transaction was complete. Greg was busy picking up his daughter, or at some doctor or a dentist appointment. "I'll call you back" he would say. Simply stated, $2.99 per square foot of vinyl flooring does not cost even remotely close to what they overcharged for the actual work they did, and threatened us with ulterior motives and consequences if we tried to get our money back.
