Do not go here!! I made an appointment with Prestige Clinic to get on anxiety medication. I completed the initial phone interview, but the earliest they could see me was 3 weeks out. A week prior to my appointment they began to call me to complete the online forms, I completed yet still received calls. They then stated they would cancel my appointment if I didn't complete one specific form, but my documents showed complete. I spoke to an admin who confirmed this document is hard to locate. Therefore confirming they would cancel my appointment due to an issue on their end. I received several appointment confirmations and called the day prior to ensure we were all set and they had what they needed. They confirmed yes. The day of my appointment, I received 3 miss calls from them that they need my credit card on file. I went into the office and they took my credit card details even prior to checking me in. Once they charged my card, I was notified the doctor they made me the appointment with was not in office therefore it be virtual but I'd have to take time out of my day to come back. I was then put into a room at the office to join the doctor virtually. I didn't get a link but I got a credit card charge. I was forced to walk out with a $200 charge, no medication and even more anxiety! The admins made it clear this office has a scheduling issue. If you feel the need to call people 10+ times prior to an appointment, I recommend confirming if the doctor is even available. read more

Following a recommendation, I called PC. It seemed a clearinghouse call center, not an actual office, but that was not necessarily an issue. After a 15 minute interview, I guess I met their criteria, the nameless woman made me an appointment, and lastly asked for my credit card information, which I provided. The same day I was told I was "approved", another unnamed associate of their clinic left a voicemail stating my appointment was canceled, as I "was not a fit after the provider went over my case, but we have another office you might want to try." I was confused and called Prestige back in an effort to gain an understanding of what changed. After speaking to another nameless associate, I was transferred to their "office manager." I left a detailed voicemail, asking she please return my call as to how/why I would not be seen by a practitioner, who only hours earlier I was approved and scheduled to see. I also asked what would be done with my credit card information I provided. Now, several weeks have passed since I called PC and left a message for their office manger; no one bothered to contact me. IMO, this inaction, or seeming indifference on their part, has most certainly made my personal mental health struggles worse. Personally, this is not compassionate behavior from a clinic that purports to be there for those who endure mental illness. let me start by saying my doctor is great and listens. However the front people that work at the front desk do not listen and do not want to help you. I had an issue earlier this year where I hit my deductible, but they were still charging me full price. I reminded them of this for 4-5 months and asked them to fix it. After this amount of time they finally told me that I actually have to call my insurance myself. So I did that and while on the phone with them I asked them if the front office could have called and taken care of this at any point, and my insurance said yes the front desk could have easily called and had this issue fixed in about 5 minuets. So in the end it finally got fixed and I got refunded almost $500. Now I have I issue where I need a prior authorization form and it's simple all I needed to do was call the front desk and get them to let the doctor know to send the form, but they told me I was wrong and that my insurance handles that. So I call my insurance, who tells me to call express scripts who then tells me it is in fact what I was told before. The form comes from my doctor. So I call the front office back at 4:35 and they when they close at 5, and I get a nice message that they are now closed for the day. I have been with this office for almost 15 years and even though it's a hassle I am considering changing offices. purely and only because of the front office staff something has to be done here read more

Receptionist were super friendly and helpful, Dr is also amazing and attentive to all of my needs and concerns. Did not have to wait a long time to be placed in a room! I've been a patient for over 10 years. Over the past year the quality of care has gone down. It's rare they actually pick up the phone, they have an online appointment portal that doesn't seem to work and can be difficult to connect with the doctor. Also it's a hassle trying to get them to send medication to the pharmacy. It's been a week and they're still trying to figure out how to send to prescriptions to the pharmacy. read more

I tried going here for many years, but in the end the front desk rudeness ruined it for me. It was a bit of an annoyance that the doctor I saw changed every few months. They seem to have an extremely high turnover. Dr. Mir is nice, and I saw her off and on. But the front desk staff was far from friendly. I am a teacher and have very long hours with little flexibility. On top of that I had to drive almost 30 minutes (without traffic) to make my appointments. God forbid I ever got into a traffic jam, because the office staff would charge me if I was even a minute late. Not only that, they were very unprofessional with me. I have severe anxiety and I got to where I was scared to talk to the office staff for fear they would be condescending to me. They made me cry on numerous occasions (I'm embarrassed to admit that) The straw that broke the camel's back was when they decided to let me do a phone appointment. I had it scheduled during my very short lunch. I didn't get the call until 10 minutes late, and at that time I was told that I was supposed to call them for the appointment. I had not been told that, but okay. Easy mistake to fix...but they were not kind about it. Instead they immediately told me that they were charging me 75.00 for missing my appointment. I was very hurt by this treatment as I made an honest mistake and have been a patient there for years. Now I am out of refills and going off depression meds suddenly can be very dangerous. I'm looking for another doctor and pray I find one before I have serious side effects. I don't write reviews like this ever....but I don't want anyone else to get treated like this. Update 9/26: also, now that I've found a competent psychiatry practice my copay for my visits are only $40 and I HAVE STILL NOT MET MY DEDUCTIBLE so for the life of me I can't figure out why I was being charged close to $200 for each visit while under treatment at Prestige. This practice is fraudulent and I urge any person considering this practice to turn and run!!! read more

Great Doctors - Front Desk could be better - ie - little friendly, like they actually wanted to help people... If you can stomach the front desk - The doctors are great. The impression the front desk team gives is that patients are interrupting their work, not the source of the work / their jobs. Maybe they are over worked? It seems like they are answering the phones, calling insurance companies, billing, collecting co-pays, checking in all the patients plus selling the nutritional supplements. Frequently there is only 1 person behind the desk, as opposed to the 2 that is probably needed. I leave letters for the doctor when I can't speak directly to them. That way I know the important information hopefully is communicated accurately / completely the first time. read more

So it took me years to finally come to terms to seek out a psychiatrist to treat my mental health. After about a weeks worth of research, Pristige Clinic seemed like the best option for me so the roughly forty minute drive was worth it. My initial visit was with Dr. Riehl & was basically where we went through family history, my emotions, what brought me there along with possible solutions. After a little trial & error we finally figured out the right solution. Once Dr. Riehl (fingers crossed she returns) I started seeing, NP Molly Springate & boy was she a breath of fresh air. Molly was understanding, kind, patient, seemed to genuinely care & never once left me feeling judged, five stars all daaaay for her! It's extremely saddening that she left unfortunately. Now for why I took off two stars. One of my turn-offs about Prestige is the lack of constance, I'd imagine being somewhere that deals with mental health they would be a little less inclined to continually switch out providers & front desk staff. It's uncomfortable enough having to deal with issues (ADD & Depression). Since Molly's departure, I was to see someone new which that alone had me uncomfortable & slightly anxious. I had asked if the staff would have all of Molly's notes along with my records which they assured me she did but it certainly did not feel like it. My last visit felt judged & cold. Feel as if I was treated as a completely new client, questioned on everything & was like pulling teeth to get my points across without looking like an idiot regardless of me being as transparent as I can be as I always have been. After my last visit, I now have doubts on if I'll stay but considering this is the first & only place I've gone to treat my conditions I will continue for the time being in hopes that things turnaround for the better. read more

Dr. Tyler is very nice and understanding but the office manager is very unprofessional and rude. My child missed an appointment and unfortunately only had a two pills left. The office manager wanted to put me on a wait list! Really? Risk my daughter go through withdrawal while she gets on a wait list. Too rigid and did not put patient care first. I've been a patient here for almost 7 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The front desk is always very courteous so I'm not sure where those comments are coming from, and scheduling is quick and easy. I've had no problems with refills and anytime I need to make adjustments, the office does so in a timely manner. The doctors have a great bedside manner and have worked with me even when I was having trouble taking my meds consistently. Front desk staff are condescending, after speaking with one of them for 5-6 minutes about their services I asked if I could give her my information to establish as a new patient and she legitimately scoffed and asked "are you a child?" It took me a second to collect myself as her attitude threw me off. She collected my info and said "someone would call me in a day". Four days later, no word from them; I call and speak to someone different, a little nicer but she only wanted to take my insurance information but said she "couldn't answer" basic questions like "about how long does it take for the office to return patient calls" or "how long does a new patient have to currently wait for their first appointment." If your office staff cannot give basic critical information tailored to the type of care patients will be receiving at your clinic, then hire a new office manager. You could have great doctors, but I'll never know because your front staff throw off too many red flags to be a safe space for my mental health. BEWARE. read more

I can't review the doctors because I can't get past the office staff. I have called 3 times in the last three weeks and every time they take information and tell me they will call back. I keep wondering if the doctors know this is the kind of first impression we are getting . I have a serious problem with my teen daughter and I'm being ignored. Not good Update: I called again today for 6 th time. I was put on hold and when office staff came back on phone she said the Dr said this wouldn't be a good fit . When I asked why she said it was based on the information given . I discussed very little in my first conversation . Dr. Tyler clearly lists the issues my daughter is dealing with . I was very excited to finally find a Farsi speaking psychiatrist for my 82 year old grandmother who has dementia. Unfortunately, Pam, the receptionist is not culturally competent to understand the importance of this situation. She just told me the clinic does not take new patients, which I wasn't seeking since they don't work with geriatrics. I just wanted the Farsi speaking doctor to call me back and give some kind of referral or opinion and the doctor will not call me back. Went by to consult with Dr. Tyler. She was very informative, inquisitive and really took her time to understand the situation. My daughter really liked her and I'm glad that not all psychiatrists are the same. Dr. Tyler really has a passion for helping people and doesn't rush you as others do. As I understand it, they see children, adolescents and adults and there are a few other doctors with varying areas of expertise. read more

I have seen Dr. Mir for over 5 years now and she has been very polite, respectful, straight forward, and conservative throughout my time I have seen her and still am. She will not over prescribe like most. She will prescribe when necessary and will monitor you to ensure all is well. Dr. Mir has helped me through a lot of challenges, not just emotional ones. I wish I could tell you how my experience was but I never got to see a doctor. I made an appointment in January, and with my new healthcare plan through work, I have to meet my deductible before any copays take effect. I didn't realize that my HSA card wouldn't be funded by my company until February when I showed up for my appointment. I waited 30 minutes, and then found out I'd have to pay for my visit up front. I give my card and it's declined. I can't afford the office visit out of pocket so I try to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks later. The girl at the desk said I should be ok and not incur a "missed appointment" fee. I was there, on time, but my HSA card wasn't funded by my company. I attempted to make a new appointment a few weeks later and told I'd have a $175 missed appointment fee to pay before they'd reschedule. But I didn't miss my appointment. I finally got a call from their office manager that they will reduce the fee to $75 but that's as low as they'll go. I didn't miss my appointment. Good to know that profit is what's most important to this office and not customer service. I wasn't offered any payment option when I was there for the original appointment and now they want to charge me for a missed appointment I was there for but couldn't pay for. They act like you have to go through them first and they will decide if your situation is good enough to have the Dr. call you back or even get a message to the Dr. My child and I both see different Dr.'s here. I needed to speak to my child's Dr. regarding something the school was requesting that the Dr. and I have discussed in the past, but the women that answer the phone act more like Bouncers than front office assistants. Who are you to tell me if the Dr. is going to have time to call me back within the next 3 days? And everything involved with why I need to speak with the Dr. is none of your business; hence I am asking to speak with the Dr., and then there's HIPPA. I called last week with a question about a dosage of medication that differed from what the Dr. told me; I get a call back from the front office staff acting like I am an idiot when it was them who wasn't paying attention to what the issue was. It really seems like you are a huge inconvenience unless you have your card in your hand. If I don't get a call back from my child's Dr. we will be finding a new facility. I called on Wednesday May 21, 2017 for a new patient appointment. I received a call back at 4:50 but missed the call. I returned the call at 5pm. No answer but left a message for a call back. Did not receive one the next day so I called again on Friday. I was told the scheduler had already left for the day. I left a message again for them to call me back on scheduling an appointment. Today is May 30, 2017, I called the office once again. I was placed on hold for several minutes and then a lady in scheduling picked up and was sceduling an appointment for me. This lady was very rude!. I asked if something was wrong because she seemed very short with me and she responded that I asked a question and she answered. I told her then to cancel my appointment I had no desire to become a patient at this office. She said "i'm sorry you feel that way. Have a good day" . I bet Dr. Terra Tyler has no idea how many customers that scheduler is running off before she ever gets to meet them. read more
