Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

I wanted to love this place... I brought a Miele vacuum that I had for about 15 years because the…read morepower cable broke. I left it at this shop and a week later I picked it up. The gentleman charged me $85 and mentioned that while he was working on the vacuum, it fell and the latch that closes broke. He fixed it with glue and scotch tape and gave me a post it with the part number for me to order. I didn't want to be a Karen about it so I paid and left. Got home, googled the broken part and it was about $100 and the power cable that used to be 40ft is now 20ft so I have to plug it and unplug it 6 times instead of 2. I still didn't want to be a jerk so I left no review but today the "fix" on the latch broke and the vacuum is useless. This gentleman should retire. Avoid this place.

She was the best girl and never had ONE accident.
