I work with a local university, and I booked Prestige to cater an event for our alumni. The food was great, and most of the servers were friendly (though some were very much less so), but the buffet was put out 30 minutes late. When I spoke to the manager the next day, we agreed to a partial refund. I reached out a few times over the following week to ask what the amount would be so I could report to my supervisor, and they kept dodging the question. I finally called and asked them to answer my question, and the manager started yelling at me asking, "What exactly do you want from me?!" I asked him not to yell, and his response was, "I'm not yelling, but I can!" Things went back and forth like this for a few minutes, and I told him I couldn't believe he was speaking so disrespectfully to a client, so I asked for this supervisors contact information. He informed me he was the owner of the company. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY thought it was okay to yell at a client over the phone. I've worked in food service for a long time, and there have been plenty of clients I've wanted to yell at, but actually doing it is another issue altogether. Needless to say, I'm going to do my best to never work with Prestige Catering again. There food was great, their service at the event was good for the most part, but if this is how their management behaves toward clients, I'd rather go with a different caterer. read more

I attended an event they catered. It was horrible from start to finish. They didn't have enough appetizers for the 96 people. Even though they had a head count. All the food was cold. The filet was questionable and the chicken was way over cooked. Salad was old iceberg lettuce. The service was not great. This was the second time I have been to event they catered. I worked with Prestige catering for my wedding 10/23/2020 at Pleasant Union Farm! My guests, my husband and myself loved their food! We selected the southern style which came with Fried chicken, Country fried steak and gravy, Mashed potatoes, green beans, Mac and cheese, corn bread and a biscuit. Some of my guests messaged me after the wedding telling me that was the best food at a wedding they have ever had. I can't recommend prestige catering enough! With Covid-19 guidelines the employees and the service was excellent. Employees wore masks and gloves and kept everything sanitized! 1000/10 recommend!! read more
