I would like to preface this by saying that my family and I have been members of Froggy's for…read moreyears. I've never had an issue with them until yesterday. Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well. After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well

I fold them up on entry and the denying crew pulls on them manually. This gets them out of time and the get stuck. I have asked a couple of times to please not do that explained if the mirror is that hard to move then go look for a button. I get they're typically young kids but the management and ownership should be training people better. So to you owner and managers you Gus need to get on top of it.

I can't think of a better service that I've used over the past decade or so. First off - this is a…read morelocal and family owned business. I submitted a request on Saturday afternoon - they immediately called me back and scheduled the on site detailing. They were able to come right out the next morning - Gino and his son arrived right on time and got to work. Keep in mind - In the old auto detailing model, you schedule - then you wait a week, then you drive to the location and drop your car off for an entire day. Then you end up paying 3x. With No-H20 you schedule, and they come to you, often times the very next day. The quality of the work they do is outstanding, and the price is significantly lower than I'd been paying to the other traditional on site auto detailers. And they are family run and just nice as can be! They followed up with me to make sure I was happy and satisfied and even sent me a postcard thanking me for working with them. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Just outstanding on every level. Give them a shot next time you need an auto detail - I promise you won't regret it. OUTSTANDING!!
