Absolute worst customer service…read more After sending two kids there, our youngest went to dentist, dentist showed many X-rays showing ortho issues and reported that braces went on too quick, and taken off too fast. Dentist reports many people experience issues with this ortho. The customer service was terrible, refused to meet with a doctor, put up many roadblocks to have a meeting. Did not want to address or discuss issues dentist brought up. Finally got a meeting, person was underqualified, and couldn't answer questions for our family. If you value, top notch care, or great customer service, avoid this place. Couldn't be more disappointed.

I never thought that at this age I'd be getting braces, let alone go through jaw surgery, but here I am smiling from cheek to cheek. Dr. Nalchajian and her entire office staff at the Fresno location welcomed me as family since the moment I arrived. From scheduling to making sure they were flexible with what location I could be seen at, the girls in the front are kind, funny, and extremely helpful, which is so wonderful. Dr. Nalchajian is bilingual and I love talking her in Spanish. I am unable to put into words how much information she has provided me with and even when she was busy moving her child into college, she still sent me a message when I had a question. Every interaction I've had has been heartwarming and leaves me with a happy feeling as I walk out the door, except when I had my braces tightened for the first time, LOL. Ouch! Pain wasn't as bad and went away after a couple of hours. Due to my jaw surgery, my mouth is extremely sensitive, but they were very precise and thoughtful in adapting to applying my bands and tightening for the first time. As you can see in the pictures, the gap has appeared and I have an expander in. Hopefully in a few months the expander will be removed and I'll keep you updated on my journey. Thank you to Dr. Nalchajian and her entire family in that office.

Having…read morepreviously survived my teenage years with braces, I feared headgear and rubber bands and teeth extractions and the entire painful orthodontic process. I looked forward to visits in this clean, upscale, friendly environment. I made new friends with all the staff, and I earned rewards just for working towards my perfect smile! My treatment was (almost) over too soon! I now receive compliments daily on my new-and-improved smile, and I tell everyone about Costanzo Orthodontics. I moved to Coarsegold from the Bay Area and hadn't yet identified a new dentist. It started the night a veneer fell off, front and center of my smile, the night before flying out for an important event the next morning. Panicked, I reached out to Dr. Ohanesian and to my amazement, he texted me back (at 11PM!) and had me come in before normal working hours in order to squeeze me in. He completely saved the day! I just went back to take care of a couple of things and just can't say enough regarding how kind, patient, compassionate, funny, and what a great dentist he is. Making a living is of course important, but he is clearly not in it just for the money. This man clearly loves what he does. He has integrity. He encourages saving teeth when possible instead of more profitable alternatives, goes at your pace financially, and is super respectful --He goes above and beyond to best serve his patients, and every member of his staff is equally nice! You rarely see this anymore-- The bar is high here : ) Thank you for being my dentist, Dr. Jack!
