My sister researched 5 different offices before deciding to go with Fagin Orthodontics for herself and daughter. I also wanted braces so I trusted her judgement. I'm happy I tagged along. I was under the care of Dr. Fagin for 2.5 years and now I have a new smile. Dr. Fagin was very thorough explaining each process and the journey my teeth would be experiencing. Dr. Fagin and his staff go above and beyond! They not only do phenomenal work in all they do including customer service but alongside with excellent orthodontics work! I've felt nothing but blessed to have found Dr.Fagin. He truly sets the bar to making patients feel special, heard and valued. I am blessed to have come to Fagin Orthodontics to get my retainers made, not only did I receive them but an awesome 3D model to keep for future if in the event anything were to happen to my retainers. This office has their own 3D printer and I was able to get them fast and within minutes! They personalize a welcome sign with your name as a new patient and they even personalized a bag when I received my retainers and 3D model with my name on it making me have all the feels! Dr. Fagin even wrote me a thank you card and added me on Instagram! If it weren't for my cousin being in her residency as a dentist I would have definitely came to Dr. Fagin for my braces, his work is extraordinary leaving patients with beautiful smiles and thanks to him I get to keep mine for a lifetime. He really does sit down with you and take the time to go over the procedures on how to properly care for your retainers and take them off. Although mine cracked some weeks after, he trimmed mine to have less pressure from when taking them off and really took care of me when it came time to getting a replacement for the upper retainer. I was under Dr Fagin's treatment when I got into a quad accident and I'm so grateful I was. After going to the ER, my only options were to extract or have them push it down with the probability of a broken nose. I waited to see Dr Fagin and he was able to save my teeth and make it look like nothing ever happened with no broken nose. I will forever be thankful for the amazing treatment I received with him.
