This guy and his company are terrific. No issues AT ALL. Delighted with the results. Even my husband was impressed, and we've had a lot of contractors in 35+ years of owning our own place, and this one is a two-storey multi-family unit. It was a lot of work over two days. Seriously. I've had issues with contractors over the years--late, don't call back, offer crazy estimates, do shoddy work--and so it's refreshing to deal with someone who offers a reasonable estimate ($1300 for exterior cleaning and "refreshing" of paint for several walls, trims, doors on a two-storey building in order to comply with code), arrives when he says he will, works diligently, and does not skimp on quality.
