I asked him to come out again because he left the car to air dry which caused wet stains in the car. He came back out to clean the car but when I was called to come down for pickup, my driver side window would not let up. I kept emphasizing that all of my windows were working prior to coming to him. He ended up shutting the door and honestly showing that he didn't care about the window not working. I even reached out after he left and he stated "maybe it will come back up" which I knew after this he wouldn't. I sent him a text stating I'd really like this to be resolved however he will not respond. Definitely would NOT do business with this business again. They are very unprofessional and careless. I understand mistakes happen but they're to be fixed! You don't come messing people's things up and then not even attempt to fix it and ignore people.
