The store is packed full of guitars floor to ceiling, They also have two rooms for lessons or demonstrations. They also have wall displays of guitars. The store had brisk business on a Saturday which I was delighted to see. A very, very cool store and my guess is the best in the area.

I didn't know if it was junk and needed to be returned or could be properly setup. Alex down at Fret Mill Music was very kind and jumped right on the repair. He worked on it and got the Sweetwater mess straightened out. I will never buy another guitar from anyone but Fret Mill Music again. It isn't worth shopping anywhere else. I was THRILLED with the quality of the service, professionalism and the care given to the instrument. In what seemed like 30 minutes, the piano was out the door and strapped onto a custom trailer -- the height was perfect and the instrument was secure. When arriving to the piano's new home, it was set up, again, in under an hour. The team worked together well and the entire process was seamless. You'd think I spent an outrageous amount of money for all of this -- the pricing was reasonable considering the project. I couldn't be more pleased. There's also an emotional component to this ... my Mom's treasured piano safely arrived to its new home....I knew she would have been pleased with the care given.
