I was hoping to see them blending orders as they came in for that fresh smoothie taste and delightful texture. Instead, it was already premade and frozen so it tasted a little watered down. Just slightly. And it was still icy. I just let it sit in the sun for a few minutes, and that worked perfectly. I love that they don't add sugar too. Definitely would return. This showed a complete lack of respect for their customers and our time. A simple phone call or someone stepping outside to notify the people waiting would have taken only a few minutes. Instead, they chose to leave customers standing around with no communication whatsoever. There are plenty of restaurants in Collingwood that value their customers' time.
