She was very generous with the toppings, ensuring a perfect photo op! They also have frozen smoothies to take home so you just need to thaw them out. Taste wise, I think the toppings were really fresh, but the smoothie bowls are all pre made. It doesn't quite taste the same. I was hoping to see them blending orders as they came in for that fresh smoothie taste and delightful texture. Instead, it was already premade and frozen so it tasted a little watered down. Just slightly. And it was still icy. I just let it sit in the sun for a few minutes, and that worked perfectly. I love that they don't add sugar too. Definitely would return. We even offered to pay with cash, but they still refused to seat us, despite having put us on the wait list 40 minutes earlier. They simply dismissed us. This showed a complete lack of respect for their customers and our time. A simple phone call or someone stepping outside to notify the people waiting would have taken only a few minutes. Instead, they chose to leave customers standing around with no communication whatsoever. There are plenty of restaurants in Collingwood that value their customers' time. Based on this experience, this isn't one of them.

It didn't come with a side, but it was a pretty good size. I ordered a medium sized smoothie so that also did a good job of filling me up. The smoothie I ordered was a Gilligan's Island. Which was mango, orange, coconut water, and the herb ashwaganda. This smoothie was full of mango and it tasted great. I could imagine this cool, refreshing smoothie being especially great in warmer weather. They also have a create your own smoothie option. Service was warm and friendly and they answered all of our questions kindly. The only downside to this experience was a group of "mommies who lunch" coming in and disrupting the peaceful atmosphere with their squalling babies and rowdy toddlers. What I got was a thick slice of fresh bread toasted lightly with lavender butter and honey. Heavenly! The lavender was very subtle and nice proportion of butter and drizzled liquid honey that soaked into the crispy bread.
