Heidi pays great attention to detail, she takes time to ask and observe what the child likes by chatting (and maybe looking at their outfit choice ex: colors, cartoons, etc). When I walked into the ballroom and saw the amazing helium bouquets she created for our centerpieces I nearly cried. They were so impressive and beautifully symmetrical. The 12ft archway welcomed our guests and could be seen thousands of feet away.
