Also replace are back porch stairs. We knew the A-Team was the only individuals that we would go with so we called them. They came out and gave us a quote and that was all we needed to say yes. Materials in, they set up a time for them to start the projects. Three days later the work was completed and we are very satisfied with the work they did and it looks great. They took their time and made sure it was completed with precision and it looks good. Replaced my built porch gate with a new one and did a fantastic job. You feel that they were doing a project for their homes and were making sure it was done right. They made a decision on the back porch stairs on how to make it look and they nailed it! We also found another small project while they were working on the front porch and they came back to work on what we wanted done. Before they arrived to work, my wife saw them across the street and found out that they wanted pretty much the work we had done and a few more projects. They were just waiting for a quote and hopefully they will go with them. Our friend is also waiting for a quote for a small project they would like done. I am sure they will go with them. All I can say we use them for another project on our home and know it will be correctly and with the better material that was used when our home was built. Call them, get a quote, and go with them is all I can say. Job Well Done!

RUN!,! HIDE your checkbook!…read moreThis company has many complaints and use deceitful and corrupt ways of conducting business! They will require a deposit of 25% the day of their free consult and make sure you cannot get any refund by requiring a cancelation in writing within 3 days after acquiring the contract and deposit without giving you a copy of the contract or telling you you will lose the entire deposit until later through an email. The post office will not even deliver that letter within 3 days! They even have a clause in this contract saying if they incur any attorney expenses that you will have to pay their expense for their attorney! I would think that with so many complaints online and with the BBB that their license agency would take notice and force them to change their bad business practices or close them down. I believe the good reviews about them online are written by them by request, they are unbelievably perfect and suspiciously untrue. Maybe we all should contact Action nine and file a complaint!

I'm grateful for Brad who did the inspection, proposal, pricing, he did an exceptional job following thru and making sure the job is handed over to the next person. Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. I have the complete documents, reports they handed me before leaving, with lifetime warranty and I feel better now that I did a right decision on giving the job to Alpha Foundation, I couldnt be happier.
