Most recently, a nurse reportedly measured his blood pressure at 80/60, but when I spoke with the physician the following day, she could not find the reading documented in his medical record. These experiences have left us deeply concerned about the facility's attentiveness, documentation, and overall quality of care. Families should feel confident that their loved ones are being properly cared for, monitored, and treated with dignity. Unfortunately, our experience has not given us that confidence.
