My mother cannot get out of bed without help, dress herself, or even go to the toilet without help. Alden told the Medicare review that she is ok to go home. The quality of this facility is awful. My mother needs more PT and is forced to pay 500.00 per day for her care. It really seems like they are in it to make money and not care for people. Also, the administrative staff is the worse. In fact there is only 1 person to advocate for patients and theat person has no compassion for people. I highly recommend you do not use Alden.

Told to just do whatever I remembered from the first visit with no supervision. At ATI the experience was 180 degrees different. Very professional and caring service.
