I was already struggling with my mental health, and I found my interactions with him rude, dismissive and, in my experience, abusive. Instead of feeling supported, I came away feeling significantly worse. I was also extremely concerned about billing. I received bills for services I did not believe I had received, including charges relating to a prescription refill that I had not requested. I was contacted saying that my prescription had been refilled and was subsequently charged for it. I found this extremely frustrating and upsetting, particularly when I was already in a vulnerable state. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your bills, prescriptions and any charges associated with your care. Make sure you question anything you don't recognise or didn't authorise. This was a very negative experience for me, and I would not use his services again.
