We met some great people and the best were Zebra Landscapes and Manzanita Landscapes for what's turned out to be an enormous undertaking. But from the beginning Nethan was patient, an excellent listener, responsive, knowledgeable, confident, understanding and competent. He made many visits over many months to earn our confidence and our business. Work began three weeks ago at the very end of October 2023. Work will finish in 2-3 weeks. Includes turf, pavers, spa, Gazebo, huge trees, irrigation, massive lighting, putting green, campground for grandkids, fire features, extensive fencing, huge amounts of fill and dirt and much more. Perhaps most importantly after many similar projects before returning to Yavapai County this year, we have never seen a harder working group of men led by Eduardo, and his crew Eric, Joaquin, Juan, and supported by many vendors and supply man Adrian. I work for a non-profit which hired Zebrascapes to perform bi-weekly maintenance on their property…read more We paid a large sum upfront to have the property cleaned up, so that they could then "maintain" it from there. From the beginning we had issues with the landscapers mowing the dog yards, which were the primary component of our bid and maintenance needs, but the office staff was typically quick to help with resolutions. Three full months (6 maintenance visits) into the year and our dog and agility yards have not been mowed once. We spoke to both the landscapers and office staff in an attempt to have the yards mowed and they refused to do so, stating we would need a new bid. The grass is nearly 2 foot tall in the areas that should be maintained, as outlined in the original maintenance contract. We opted to terminate service and now Zebrascapes has refused to rectify the situation, as they previously stated they would. These pictures are from today- after nearly a year of service and their maintenance visit yesterday.
