Hi, so far I am thrilled with Dr. Prero's practice. I have 5 children, and my oldest daughter, now age 12 was the first through the practice for her orthodontic work. When Dr. Prero first consulted with my wife and I, the plan was for a 14-16 month course of braces. Then, about 3 months ago Dr. Prero told my daughter that if she came in regularly every 3 weeks for appointments he might be able to shave some time off his original estimate. Well - we got quite the surprise today. My daughter hit the 11 month mark, and we mysteriously had an hour long appointment scheduled as opposed to the normal 30 minute one. I didn't think much of it at first. Dr. Prero examined my daughter, and low and behold, he told her she was ready to have the braces removed! Huge, epic, incredible, wonderful, sensational surprise. My daughter was just elated. The braces were removed, the mold for her retainer was taken (she will have to wear it as much as possible for the next 1 year - standard), and before we even knew it, she was done! I had promised Alex that we would go to her favorite ice cream shop when she got her braces off, little did I know it would be 4-5 months early. Just awesome. Overall, Dr. Prero is kind, funny, very professional and caring. So is his staff. In fact, my daughter really bonded with one his technicians (Kelly) to such a degree that each time she came in they would give each other a big high five and then go on to compare skin care notes from their favorite products. This kind of personal touch really made Alex's experience special. Totally different to my experience as a kid - I had my braces on until my freshman year of high school, which was pretty brutal socially. Now my daughter is 12, and she's done. The work done was so very very very bad I have been suffering seer since he twisted my jaw Effected my eye and jaw pain and eye pain. So bad I was going crazy I lost trust in his abilities and understanding I had a very simple three small gaps and one tooth that needed to be raised he didn't even understand what was going on when things got bad I suffered at a level that way beyond extreme for months and I left when things just kept getting worse It was very bad He pushed my front teeth back and tried to widen my arch instead of tighten up the loose spaces. It was a disaster he couldn't get things right. I wish I never went there if I knew it would be this bad after three years I'm still trying to fix his huge errors from such a simple situation. The problem is h he trusts the I visit app yo decide and dose t make the decisions himself. So it was very poor oversight and lack of understanding how things work together it was very frustrating for me and extremely painful. Biggest regret going there read more

I feel lucky to have found this dentistry. They work as a team to get the job done. My son lost his front adult tooth. They made a clear retainer that had a fake tooth in it. All in the same day! I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Prero and I have nothing but great things to say about my entire experience. I was previously (rudely) told by another office that I could NEVER have Invisalign and would need extensive surgery to fix my mouth. I was pretty hurt by the whole experience. Then I met Dr. Prero, who actually listened to my desires and gave me several options for treatment- one of which included Invisalign, so I decided to go for it. I spent a year and a half driving a minimum of 45 mins to my appointments because he is so WORTH IT! His staff is incredibly friendly with amazing customer service. After having a crown replaced I realized my night guard no longer fit. Prero Ortho digitally scanned my mouth and ordered a new mouth guard. It came in I'm less than a week and the material was much more comfortable than my old guard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also taking good COVID-19 precautions. read more

I went here after my old permanent retainer broke (I had it for over 10 years). I had the retainer wire removed and replaced at Prero Orthodontics. Shortly after that replacement, my retainer became unglued, and Prero Orthodontics fixed it free of charge! That was great, until it wasn't. A few months later, I realized that the "fix" wasn't really fixed at all. The retainer was not bonded to all of my front teeth, so 1-2 of my teeth have now moved away from the retainer, which I will now have to pay to fix with Invisalign ($$$$) or something similar. Everyone that works here is super nice, but I'm pretty upset that I'm going to have to fix my teeth after I thought I had a "permanent" solution after many years of braces. read more

Kim and Wendy have always been front of office, always very helpful with appointment setting and payments. They do accept insurance, luckily I have been covered all the way.
