The food truck is parked in a food truck lot, alongside non operational trucks so its easy to miss. There are several different food truck lots on this road so using maps was confusing. We ordered a large jerk chicken which came with rice & peas with plantains. The chicken was large and extra meaty (the kind that is overly pumped with hormones). The icing on the cake was the fact that we ordered a pineapple juice but was given a cucumber juice with 95% crushed ice and 5% actual juice. When I looked over their offerings I was shocked to see "Feijoa", also known as Pineapple Guava. An acquired taste, this fruit was a true find if you ever grew up with a Feijoa tree close by. You just don't find this fruit in your local stores. The Kombucha was very good, not too much bite to it. it comes in a glass jar. The line went quickly and the guys working were fun and interacted with us. We had about 80 people and everyone loved it. I went to gourmet food truck event before a play last night to try them out first hand. It was an hour before showtime when I ordered. No food was coming out of the truck and the cook kept telling people that the food would be out in 10 minutes. Right before showtime a huge crowd of unhappy people were demanding their money back. The taco guy who had been telling my that my vegetarian tacos were coming right out finally says, do you eat fish to me. I took the fish tacos since I had been saving my appetite all day and needed something to eat, but now I wish that I did not. It was some stinky smoked marlin rolled taco and as I sit here in the morning the smell still lingers. I am being nice bygiving them 3 stars because they had a new cook and fryer problems.
