So, I used the web to set up an appointment using GoToMeeting, I selected 11 am this morning to have my appointment. I got a confirmation, and then two emails from the calendar confirming the appt, and an email from Lyle saying he could meet with me for 15 minutes. I didn't notice that the calendar appointments were set for 3pm, instead of my requested time. I sent 2 emails, with no reply, and decided to wait until 3 pm. As of this posting, (3:30pm) I still have not heard from Lyle, nor anyone else at Prepared Accounting about my appointment. No invitation to go to meeting, nor any word as to why my appointment time changed inexplicably. I guess I will keep looking for a good CPA. read more

Lyle met with us to discuss opening up a new business last summer. His introduction was clear, easy to understand, and super helpful.
