During my initial consultation, I was told to pay upfront and that I'd be reimbursed by my insurance. At no time was I told they were out of network. Later, I found out the hard way that I would not be getting my full refund. The first claim came through in September for less than $400. I was told a second check would be coming, but because the office submitted two of the same claims incorrectly, I'm still waiting on money that's owed to me months later. I've called to follow up and received no return calls -- completely unprofessional. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. As a widow and single mom just trying to take care of myself again after losing my husband to cancer, I trusted this local dentist and was met with dishonesty and negligence. It's heartbreaking to think a place in our own community would treat patients this way. If you value honesty, communication, and respect -- look elsewhere.

I've never sat in the waiting room for longer than 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment time. The massage chairs are a very nice touch and you can watch anything on tv you want while your teeth get cleaned. Most of the staff have been there the whole time I've been coming which is an amazing sign a good practice. Dr Patel has done a few some great work on my teeth over the years and helped get them in the best shape they've been ever. When I first started going my teeth were in rough shape. I had been out of a dentist for some time. He initially worked out a very detailed treatment plan including 4 fillings and a much needed deep cleaning. My first year was rough but he was very flexible with payment and did a great job of laying out the plan ahead of time and working through it.
