I genuinely hoped I'd have the same positive experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Jessica was always kind and pleasant when we did communicate, so I want to give her credit for that. However, communication quickly became the biggest issue. She repeatedly stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails, leaving me wondering where things stood. Months passed beyond the tax filing deadline after I was reassured that everything would be okay, but I still couldn't get updates or answers. Eventually, I sent a polite email letting her know that if she wasn't able to complete my taxes, I completely understood and would simply find someone else. Even that message went unanswered. I truly wanted this to work because she came highly recommended, and I would have gladly continued using her services in the future if things had gone differently. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that I couldn't rely on her to communicate or follow through. While others may have had a great experience, mine was frustrating enough that I can't recommend her based on the lack of responsiveness and professionalism I encountered.

There was two children waiting upon there parents getting their services. In the sitting room there were toys for children to play which is very nice of the Rosales team to provide. I was seen in a timely manner, and appreciated not having to wait when not having a pre-scheduled appointment. During the appointment: She answered all my questions, I'm telling you this lady knows what she's doing. I appreciate her taking her time going through every and all details. Was in and out in a timely manner. Thank you for taking care of me!

She then hung up on me not once but twice very abruptly. I called for the third time and I just asked to speak to someone in charge. I was then put on hold for about four minutes and then a some lady got on the phone yelling at me about needing to be the trustee on the tax returns. She never let me get a word in edgewise because my question was totally unrelated to the trust taxes it had to do with my personal information that I had sent to them via fax. She just hung up on me as well so rude. And if there was a no star option, I would press that I am only pressing a one star because I have to press one

When he called this company to find out what his pin was and make it easier on his new person (since it was not listed in the paperwork given to him), the lady was very unhelpful and disrespectful. Instead of helping us to understand whatever it was she was trying to get across, she berated us and made us feel like idiots. When I asked her if we should just have the company who would be filing his taxes for 2013 call her since we didn't understand, she interrupted me and began repeating what she had already said but with a much more disrespectful tone. I do not recommend this company, which is a shame because this is their first review. I don't understand how people can be so utterly rude to their clientele when they're simply asking questions.
