Premium Sealcoat of Morrow has been a presence in the area for many years, and we have utilized their services for a long time. We have always been completely satisfied and would welcome them back after several years when asphalt recoating was needed. That was then, and this is now. Not again. Their owner, Drew Rubenbaur, likes to respond to complaints with these words: "At Premium Sealcoat, we take customer satisfaction very seriously." Yet, time and time again, that slogan proves to be hollow, and my experience was no exception. I called the office on three occasions, spaced a week apart, to allow ample time to communicate my dissatisfaction and get a response. The third call, the female office manager told me, "I'll schedule Drew to come out." Crickets. So, after just a year and a $825.00 driveway sealcoating, the blacktop surface is shining through. Previously, the Premium Sealcoat would last several years before it needed to be refreshed. I'm not an asphalt expert, but something changed during the last application. This is a bad company choice. They made a total mess at the end of my drive. They just left and didn't even say anything. I called to complain and they said the owner would check it out. Supposedly he drove by but did nothing to clean up the mess. After using them for three years I would've expected a better response. I've changed to Black Dog in Madeira and they are very professional. read more

Outstanding service and finished sealed driveway.

Absolute garbage to deal with from the get go. They encourage online booking, I assume to dodge questions and pull one over on you. They never sent a confirmation email or called. They rescheduled and when I called that day questioning why no one had come by 3pm I couldn't speak to a human. They showed up and as far as I could tell weren't going to come to the door. Luckily my husband talked to them and I got to move my car out of the garage first. They never again checked in and just left with only a tiny receipt in the mailbox. The job is SO BEYOND GARBAGE I WANT TO CRY. They didn't go to edges/ends. They didn't move a small rock in the way, just went around it. Didn't fill anything in. The lazy workers they sent, that took turns sitting in the truck, never assessed the job because I'm sure they would have told us it needed more than just the top coat they quoted us for (and I would have been willing to pay for!!!!!) SOOO furious with this company. Now we're going to have to pay someone else to FIX it!!!! read more
