We have always been completely satisfied and would welcome them back after several years when asphalt recoating was needed. That was then, and this is now. Not again. Their owner, Drew Rubenbaur, likes to respond to complaints with these words: "At Premium Sealcoat, we take customer satisfaction very seriously." Yet, time and time again, that slogan proves to be hollow, and my experience was no exception. I called the office on three occasions, spaced a week apart, to allow ample time to communicate my dissatisfaction and get a response. The third call, the female office manager told me, "I'll schedule Drew to come out." Crickets. So, after just a year and a $825.00 driveway sealcoating, the blacktop surface is shining through. Previously, the Premium Sealcoat would last several years before it needed to be refreshed. I'm not an asphalt expert, but something changed during the last application. Whether the coating was inferior or the application was flawed, something caused it to fade very quickly, and I'm faced with having the work done over. Beware.
