The report did not have critical, structural and expensive repairs. I was told the ceiling needed a bit of insulation...there was none over half of the house. Told the joists were sistered well and still structurally sound...they are literally rotten and the 'sisters' are just nailed without supporting anything. The fact that there is only flooring under half the toilet was missed. Sill plate that is wet 98% of time and rotting, missed. Severe drainage issue, missed. Windows improperly installed, missed. Sinking foundation, missed. Unsafe and dangerous window in bathroom, missed. And when I questioned the report? Took multiple calls and emails to even get a response. Response was I did my job, read report. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever. Look anywhere else but here

When she found out I was having a house showing, she made sure the house was cleaned before that was done. I thought that was so kind. On the day, Jonathan and Joshua were so professional and so polite. They did a great job. I highly recommend them if you need your house, driveway, any concrete, pressure washed. Elrina also connected me with other small business people to get other things done on the house, landscaping, drywall repair, a final clean, etc. There's always the big companies, but I don't want to use those companies, I want to use small, local companies, and Elrina hooked me up with some great people. She is definitely a great resource.

That's okay, because when you call Fitz Roofing, the only thing you need to know is your address, so they can come out. Definitely recommend.

Fitz Roofing put way too many nails in my Headwall flashing. When I asked Kory about it he was…read moredefensive and rude. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence. He mocked me. He belittled me and the situation. He was condescending. At one point he even accused me of lying. He threatened me and hung up on me. He never offered a reason for why my flashing had so many nails just said that I was controlling and that's how my neighbor's house is. Some spots had 2-3 nails right next to each other. They installed a Certainteed roofing system on my house. I contacted Certainteed and received the flashing manual it says a nail every 12". Some roofers I have spoken with said 2 to 3 feet between nails. I was never given the option of replacing the flashing that obviously needed replacing. If you have had a similar situation, please post here. I don't want anyone else to feel the way Kory made me feel. Other things I overlooked during the job. They changed my initial install date without asking or notifying me. They replaced a section of facial board without sealing it or painting the exposed back side. Please review the photos and make your own decision. If I ever replace my roof again, I will make sure that every piece of flashing gets replaced and any if at exposed nails will be at a minimum. The part that bothered me the most is the way Kory treated me.

I highly recommend Ron and his company for any roofing needs.

He did more than the job was quoted for by also pressure washing the brick on my front porch and a part of a retaining wall. He also spot cleaned a portion of my back deck which was a throw in. He applied some cleaner to some skylights on the roof which was not charged for either. He tested a solvent on an algae covered portion of my roof shingles to see how that may help if we decide to contract later to have the shingles cleaned. Very happy with the service and will use him again.

There were no "surprise charges", and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use Jake again for repairs in my home.
