I cannot recommend Three Stone strongly enough! We had them out to pressure wash and seal our…read moredriveway and my only regret is I didn't do it sooner! The sales person was polite and not pushy, and the crew was so so professional and nice. This was not an easy job and they took it in stride. The attention to detail was outstanding, they were total perfectionists! I'm adding two before has after pics so you can see what they were up against. The driveway looks brand new!

When we contacted Three Stone, we had high hopes based on their reviews and the word of a number of…read moreother neighborhood contacts who said they did a great job on their roofs/claims. Our experience was not the same. We worked with Three Stone to file a claim and they followed through on that part of the process; the job was to replace our shingle roof, metal roof, and downspouts and gutters. The roof went ok, with the exception of clean up (see photos attached of all the nails and metal shards). Throughout the rest of the project, there were delays, wrongly ordered material, lack of communication, lack of follow up, and length of time to complete the whole project. Similarly, the mess that has been left throughout the yard was just not been what was expected. The metal work took entirely too long (2+ weeks) and it was less than 100 sqft. The initial product delivered was wrong and we were promised three different days for install....didn't happen. They showed up on Friday, late morning, but couldn't finish because they didn't have a ladder. They didn't finish the flashing on the lower portion of the roof. They showed up late (10-11am) and then left early (by 3pm). I was also told that it would be no more than an hour and half to finish on the second day, but they ended up going into the third day (a Saturday), again which they didn't show up until late morning and were gone by 2pm... the only consolation was that it was finished. This was not an all anticipated or expected based on conversations with their "Specialists." Limited or conflicting communication, so many different people involved in the project, but it was evident that no one was talking to each other. The project is complete, but it took way too long and there were so many conversations to get answers.... And know that most of their communication is through text. Trying to get someone on the phone is nearly impossible. I could not recommend them for future customers, primarily due to the lack of communication or with the conflicting answers from so many different individuals. Just not a good experience. Further adding to this review of our experience: When Three Stone was suppose to finish the metal portion of our roof, we were unfortunately going to be out of town (this was due to their error in delivering the wrong material. It made it so that they couldn't finish when they said they were going to. Delays continued through the following week while we were away, and when we returned from our trip, they had left a large pile of debris on the front lawn. Additionally, where they dumped all the metal to install was on our lawn, which left dead spots in perfect squares all over the lawn. This experience was just poor customer service and extremely disappointing. They have our payment, so there is nothing left to do at this point. Could never recommend; limited communication, excuses, text only, and poor follow through.

My contractor looked around for a company that could handle our many windows post-construction and…read moreWindow Genie was our choice due to a very detailed quote and proposal of the work plus with a tight timeline of trying to move in Kyle the owner said they could get it done in about two days. This ended up just not being the case. While there were some weather days to consider this still took just over 3 weeks to complete and was just never done to satisfaction. His guys not only tracked mud all over the house but some of the team seemed great and did an amazing job in certain areas while others couldn't be bothered to even wet a rag to wipe the window tracks. This led to a back and forth with the owner as he believed that the invoice should still be paid even though the team wasn't done. He kept claiming that it didn't seem fair since the team had already done so much work. We responded that the work would be paid once the work was complete. We ended up paying part of the invoice and allowed the team to return to finish said work. Even after discussing the items that needed to be completed, like removing plastic from the windows, and showing them exactly all the spots they missed, they still went around the house barely cleaning. It was at this point they were told to leave and that we would just finish the cleaning ourselves. This service was supposed to leave us with windows that looked new and instead, we're cleaning bugs, debris, and other things from windows that they just skipped. At a 2k price tag, I expected better service and quality of work rather than combative communication and excuses that were aimed at other workers as the blame for why windows that weren't being opened had large chunks of debris still in them and no signs that any ever attempted to clean them. There was even an issue with them tracking mud into the house and up the walls at which point they lied and said that they didn't do it until later admitting they did. They also spilled a can of black paint on the wood floors and claimed they didn't do that either.
