Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

Albert went over everything and answered all my questions about tint matching and what would look better. The whole process took less than two hours and was seamless. I ended up taking my laptop and working from the mimosa house (7 min walk) but Albert also asked if I needed a ride which was super nice. Inside there establishment though, is coffee bar, massage chair, tv, comfy couch, candy, everything you would need to wait comfortably while they work on car. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty and the service here is unbeatable. When I inquired on Yelp they gave me the three options they have for tint options and pricing. Very upfront which is nice and I was able to do some research on my own looking up the names of the tints to see what I may want when I get there. Overall I can't imagine going to anyone else now in the future. I had a lot of friends recommend people who can do the tint for cheap, but for quality and a job done right I thought the pricing here is very fair and so I will only be coming here and recommending Deluxe Window Tinting!!

As someone who has experienced cancer and have had several important people pass in my life due to cancer, it meant a lot to me to support a local business who has common values. I had been looking for a place to tint the windows of my red 2022 Model 3 Tesla for awhile. It was great I could get both services done at the same time. I had emailed Ryan and he was super prompt and helpful. I have a crazy schedule and he dealt with my multiple requests and schedule changes. Josh helped me pick the right level of tint and walked me through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I picked the 3M Ceramic IR tint ($600). I had to change my pick up date and time several times. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their lightening fast responses and call backs, were much appreciated. The results were absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to fix all my horrible scratches and dings. My car looks better than new and the tint work is impeccable. They tinted all the way to the edge. It was perfect. I cannot recommend a better place to get tint or coating done. I originally came to Genesis Window Tinting to get some basic information on doing a Full PPF,…read morepossibly Stealth XPEL, and ended up becoming a returning customer. I went into the store and was greeted by Lennie (sorry if I misspelled it!). She was very personable and friendly, and she would recognize me at later visits which made the experience of using Genesis amazing and like catching up with an old friend. I told her what I was thinking about and she grabbed Sid, the store manager (I think), who walked with me back to the car. Sid is incredibly knowledgeable and upfront. I told him what I was thinking and he gave me some options on what I could do. Initially looking at the XPEL Stealth, he demonstrated on my car what it could look like by placing a small strip of it. He pointed out the little, specks of sparkle in the grey paint of my car that made it unique and expressed that putting the stealth on the car will remove that. I ended up changing my mind and went with the Llumar Valor PPF which had integrated ceramic coating, more neutral PPF color tone that accentuated the sparkle in the OEM paint, and added the Windshield skin to protect the OEM windshield (much cheaper than later replacing the full OEM windshield + calibration). Sid did not pressure me for these options nor felt like a salesman. He gave me the information and I led myself to the natural decision of what I wanted for my car. (Was very close to getting a green PPF wrap, but the OEM colour is too good!) Dealing with Genesis was incredibly personable and upfront. Sid answered my questions about price ranges of PPF jobs that I've seen online, walked me through the process, and was very communicative. I even asked about lower priced competitors and their closest competitor in Yelp ratings. He did not badmouth them, and even complimented their competitor for doing great jobs on the cars he's seen. That integrity is what sold me on using Genesis. I didn't even go to their competitor when I had originally planned to because the service was that good. Anyway. Genesis is awesome and I recommend them for future PPF jobs and tinting services!

What stood out most was their willingness to show me cars similar to mine so I could visually compare tint levels before deciding. They're clearly Tesla specialists and are very familiar with my car. The workmanship is flawless. Since getting the Pinnacle ceramic tint installed, I've noticed a huge improvement in heat reduction. Couldn't be happier with the results or the service.

I opted for full tint all the way around, full PPF, and WPF (Window Protection Film) for the windshield--and I can confidently say the windshield protection alone is a complete game changer. With the quality of OEM glass these days, this upgrade is absolutely worth it. Turnaround time was quick, and when I picked up the car, I was beyond impressed. The installation was incredibly clean and precise. Having worked in the autobody industry myself, I can honestly say their attention to detail is top-tier. About a week after installation, I was driving down I-80 when something hit my windshield hard. I immediately expected to see a crack--but after checking, there was nothing at all. That moment alone proved the value of the WPF. Two weeks post-install, I returned for the final inspection. The team took the time to wash the car, walk me through proper maintenance and cleaning products, and address any questions I had. The car looked just as flawless as day one. On top of the quality work, the customer service here is exceptional. Huge thanks to Clinton, Audrey, Jace, and the entire SPF team for such an incredible experience.
