George, the long time owner of the company, performs all work. I have also since learned that he has decades of experience and really knows what he is doing. I also found his prices to be more than fair. Started with James and Lino the techs there and while dropping it off they gave me tips and pointers immediately about my jetski with friendly Seadoo Spark conversations. Even down to the receptionists, Molly I believed her name was, who was also so friendly and nice. The whole team was very detailed in their assessment and inspection while being able to explain and show me everything in person. Overall very professional and friendly. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star was because I felt they may have took a little longer than expected to completed and inspection and complete an estimate for me as it was about 2 weeks. However this is a my first personally water craft and first time servicing it so not sure if it's common for that turn around time for a full inspection and diagnosis after tear down.

There are plenty of skilled professionals in Miami -- don't waste your time with Jet Ski Doctors. Avoid them!
