Because of my experience working with Ibrahim, I moved to a new accountant for my 2024 taxes and was shocked when, out of the blue, I received a message from his office in September 2024 stating that, without my authorization, Ibrahim filed an extension with the IRS. When we spoke on the phone, Ibrahim said he would "cover" me if any issues arose because of his unauthorized filing of the extension but when I asked him to send that to me in writing, he refused to. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your personal or business tax-related needs.

He really tries hard to make sure I get the maximum benefits by asking all the right questions. If you do have a complex return, let them know, so they can appropriately schedule your appointment. What's nice about his tax services is that he's also got a separate license to represent you should you ever get audited.
