I am in an upcoming wedding and myself, the bride and one other bridal party member came here to get manis and pedis. My pedi was a nice a experience , from afar the nails look great but up close the polish job was a little eh but my mani turned out great. I got a full set with an ombré French. The nail artist worked quickly and did a great job. Prices are been comparable to other nail salons as well. Inside was clean and they had plenty of workers. Seems like they get busy though so be sure you make an appointment so you don't have to wait! read more

I have two completely different reviews. FOR NAILS - I 110% recommend. I didn't get his name but the guy who did my nails was amazing! He really took his time to make sure everything looked good! FOR EYELASHES - A big NO!! To begin, I asked if she had any pictures of other clients she's done and she said no. I gave her a chance though. When she was doing them she ripped out some of my eyelashes and it hurt! My left eye I think looks amazing! But my right eye was all wonky. When I was done she said open your eyes and I couldn't really because they were stuck together. The front of my eyelashes weren't put onto my lash line. It was glued onto my lashes , so that's why they are sticking up. It ripped some of my eyelashes off. Now when I got up and walked out the room my right eye was still sticking together. So I was trying to fix it, then she helped and was smiling at me. Don't know if she was laughing at me or what. But I wasn't happy. I just wanted to pay and leave. I think she has potential, just needs more practice!!! Again, I highly recommend for nail. Gotten them done a few times here and was super happy for all!!! read more

The atmosphere of the salon was very nice and my nail tech was nice but she cut a lot of my cuticles to the point that they are now sore. I have cuts on more than half my fingers. It has been so hard to find someone to do a good manicure where they cut my cuticles that I was happy she cut them down just wish they didn't get cut where I bled. read more

Tried this place out for the first time and it was so good and cheap. I got a gel refill, and it was the best work i've ever gotten because of their effort to push back and trim my cuticles. For the price of a normal refill, I basically got a mini manicure and fill. Would recommend and definitely coming back!!! read more

They do amazing work here and went on the recommendation of a friend. They would have received 5 stars, the place is beautiful and staff very friendly, except The only issue was they do not practice safe distancing or sanitizing between each client. I made an appointment and was the only one getting a pedicure and was seated by myself for a manicure. Others were coming in, no temps taken, no one asked to sanitize or wash hands... Which washing hands should be a given anytime you go for a manicure. To clients who came in together, seated together, which is fine, they're were sisters, but when one got up, they immediately sat a walk in right next to the other client who was still being serviced and no sanitizing in between. I went get the tip of a French manicure that I had done on 8/20 fixed. Last night 8/21 I noticed that the tip of some of the nails weren't painted all the way. They had a line. Also the seal wasn't right. The owner said to come in the afternoon and she'd fix them. So I just went. Told me she couldn't see it, but the other girl did. She said it was my fault. My first time here and last. The girl who did my pedicure was very rough, cut my toe nails crooked and when I pointed it out she claimed to not see it so she didn't fix it. I also had a refill and while the lady was fast she did a sloppy job. Uneven lines on my design, nail polish not evenly coated, nail polish splatter left behind on nails and bubbles. I wanted to really like this place because the inside is beautiful and the massage chairs are great. I also noticed they don't make you wash your hands prior to service nor to clean up the debris after getting the nails sanded and shaped. Stay away in my opinion. read more

This nail salon is gorgeous on the inside. The staff even come around and offer you something to drink while you get your nails done. However the services do not match up to the atmosphere. The lady that did my pedicure (the lady in the wheelchair) was extremely rough and I felt her pick my skin off of my toe. After my service my toe hurting and it was tough to walk in my most comfortable pair of shoes. A few days later I noticed a bump that looks puss filled on my big toe. I am extremely disappointed because I was hoping that the services matched up with the beautiful atmosphere. read more

This is a new salon in the area and I was so hopeful it was going to be great but it fell short. It looked absolutely gorgeous but did not adhere to many COVID rules and regulations. They did not wipe down areas after people used them and did not require social distancing. Quite a few patrons had multiple people hanging out with them that took up valuable space for paying guest to feel safely away from others. read more

They are racist. they choose prices for nails depending on how they are feeling in that moment. if you are nice and providing a TIP, or a "regular" you get a good price if not they charge you more. today I went in waited for almost an hour just to get a man named LEO OR LEON who was very rude. I was so excited to try this place. I am faithful to my salon but figured a COLOR CHANGE and pedi couldnt hurt. $25 to paint my nails???? NOPE. $40 to paint my 7YR olds nails?? Sure the place is gorgeous inside they have lots of colors but nobody even understands what I'm saying to help me.... and the prices were outrageous for minimal work. I will not return. You would think when trying to pull in new clientele you would be a little bit more considerate of new customers to help them! Nobody was helpful!!!! If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would! I went to this place 2 times & had a horrible experience both times. My first time here I was greeted by a woman & rushed to pick out a color. The woman was clearly agitated as she stood over me while picking out my color. A man named Leo did my pedicure, full set, and eyebrows. He was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. If I based my review on him alone, I would give this place 5 stars unfortunately, the other staff ruined that. The lady who did my sisters full set completely messed her nails up. To start off, she asked for square and received coffin. The staff was extremely unapologetic and neither one of us were compensated after spending 3+ hours there while waiting for her nails to be fixed. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since Leo did such an amazing job, but after a second bad experience I had enough! I went in to get my set refilled after 3 weeks and was placed with the same lady who was rushing me the first time. I tried to politely tell her I would wait for another nail tech to be free, but she practically pushed me in her chair. Not only was she extremely rude, but my nails all came out different shapes and sizes. When filing my nails she was very rough and cut me multiple times. I left extremely unsatisfied, but it wasn't until 3 days later that I came back to get them fixed. Within 3 days, 4 of my nails were chipping & and the gel on one of my nails completely peeled off. I was pissed considering I paid $50 3 days prior to this! When I went in to get my nails fixed, the lady who did my nails was giving my dirty looks from across the salon while doing someone else's pedicure. I pretended I didn't see her & proceeded to sit down in someone else's chair. It was clear they were all talking about me, as everyone in the room was literally staring at me. The lady who was "fixing" my nails was too busy talking to the lady next to her to hear the concerns I was having. One of my nails is extremely thin and not even shaped in the slightest. When she was doing one of my nails she put a brand new acrylic bead in the middle of my nail and did not file it what so ever! When I asked her to even my nails out so I didn't have a huge ridge in the middle of my nail bed she got an attitude with me. She then proceeded to tell me 3 times not to bite my nails or we were going to have this problem again. At this point I was done. I wasn't biting my nails to cause the issues I was having. My nails would chip if I slightly hit them against something. Anyone who has acrylics on for a while knows that this is not normal! I can't put into words how unsatisfied I am with this place. I tried to spare this place a review but after multiple bad encounters not only with myself, but my family it's time. First of all, when I went in we were rushed by a woman pointing at the nail colors & then halting us off to pedicure bowls across the room. The woman who did my pedicure couldn't have been less enthusiastic, or even friendly when giving a $60 pedicure. Massage was 1 star alone. My toes were cut and filed all different shapes & sizes. Then onto the nails, I asked for SQUARE. I got coffin. Complained about it to the woman doing my nails and she made no adjustments just passed me off to the next nail tech for my polish. I reiterated to him that I had asked for square and while he did go on and fix them. I did not receive an apology from him nor the woman, I sat in this salon for almost 3 hours & received no compensation for that either. The woman who put the full set on then came over during the repair stage of my nails and pulled her mask down and gave me a dirty look for what reason, not too sure. So after having my toe nails butchered, my finger nails done incorrectly, and dealing with trifling attitudes for hours I paid a whopping $115 for these horrible services.
