I will NEVER rent from this company again. I contacted this company for linen rentals for my rehearsal dinner and charger plates for my wedding reception. When I first contacted the company about information, they told me if my order is over $300, that I would qualify for delivery which was great because the idea of one less errand sounded well worth the delivery fee. My rehearsal dinner was on April 21st and my wedding was on April 22. On April 19th I received an email from Amanda letting me know what time I could pick up my items. I responded back immediately reminding her I had wanted it delivered. She responded stating the total of my order had to be $300 to qualify, well according to my invoice, my total was $339.55, so obviously I was confused why I didn't qualify and also why she was just making me aware of this 2 days before my event. So thankfully my dad was able to rearrange his schedule and pick those items up for us on such sort notice. But that wasn't the biggest issue I had with Premier...When I returned the chargers and linens, I sat down and talked with the associate working at the Dripping Springs location that day and she located my file, pulled it out, looked it over and told me everything was taken care of, and I was good to go. ON JUNE 2ND (almost 6 WEEKS after my event) I received an email from Amanda stating that she just realized I owed them more money? $169.77 to be exact. She continued to say that if I didn't call her to pay this, she was going to go ahead and charge it without my permission onto the card we previously used. As a business owner myself, this is absolutely unaccepable business practice! I own a property management company with over 100 rentals throughout the hill country and I am constantly in contact with brides and their families and they frequently ask for referrals and I would have loved nothing more than to promote a company I personally used and had a good experience with, but I absolutely cannot in good faith recommend this company to any of my brides! With all the vendors we used for our rehearsal dinner and wedding, this was the only one that we didn't have a good experience with, so disappointing. read more

I've used Premiere for my daughter's birthday for two years, and also for my sister's wedding. While I've personally only rented their linens, I've been to events (weddings) that had their chairs, tents and china on display. I've never had anything except outstanding service and great product from them. No, some of their products weren't in "new" condition, but they are a rental company and I didn't expect their product to look perfectly new. The products I've seen are still in good condition, and I've had no reservations about using them for birthday parties or weddings. I've stopped in, called, and emailed, and I never had any experiences like the other people who yelped about it. Everyone I talked to was always willing to help, and they were always responsive, usually emailing me whatever information I requested within a couple hours. I was never "pushed" or made to feel uncomfortable about anything during the process. My sister had a guest count of over 200 people, and the ladies were able to help us choose some nice linens, gave us some centerpiece ideas, AND stay on budge. The guys in the warehouses were also very nice, and offered to help me load my rentals when we went to pick them up. Returning the linens is also SUPER easy - you put everything in a provided bag and drop it off. It's sad to see such a good company beat up on yelp by a few frustrated customers, especially when the company isn't given a chance to explain. I was a bride once, so I know everything is stressful and it can be very easy to focus on things that went wrong instead of everything that went right. There are two sides to every story, and I highly doubt things were as catastrophic as they seem. (Also, they have an Emergency Phone number that's written on every contract for any emergencies that occur outside of their working hours. While I've never had to use it, it's VERY comforting knowing that there's someone I can call for help if I need to). Overall, I enjoy working with Premiere, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for rental items. read more

I had the best experience with Premiere Party Central for my wedding rentals. I was able to book my linens, chargers, and chivari chairs during their "Progressive Sale" and was able to upgrade to nicer linens because of it. I also was able to special order in my cake table linen from their specialty linen site LinenBook.com. It was the "Silver Spiro" and it was GORGEOUS! All the rentals were delivered on time, and picked back up on time. Not only that, but after my getaway I went upstairs to change clothes, and everything was broken down already! They are FAST!!! I had a great time choosing the linens and rentals in their North Austin showroom. Diane and Janira were really fun and easy to work with. They ever ordered in some full-size sample linens for me ahead of time so I could do a full mock up of the tables for my mom to see. Thank you so much Premiere! I am giving Premiere Events 5 stars because of their customer service. I requested a quote from them after hours for a last minute rental. I received a call back from Angela the next morning. She explained that they were unable to be of service due to the fact that they did not have what I needed available for the day I requested. Instead of that being enough, she then went on to offer two other event rental companies in the area. She even gave me their phone numbers and locations! I mean, who does that??? Working with Premiere Events actually turned out to be one of the highlights of our wedding planning. Everywhere we went we continued to feel almost taken advantage of because things were for our wedding. After we left that day and working with Deseree(who was Awesome!!!) we said to each other, "wow, that was the best experience we had on any of our wedding planning". They have LOTS of great rental options! Almost all the rentals for our wedding came from Premiere including chargers, napkins, linens, cocktail tables, a bar, a seating area and even the stage! The Premiere team brought everything from their warehouse in Austin to our venue out in Boerne and set it up before the wedding, then after the wedding broke everything down and took it back to the warehouse. We didn't have to lift a finger! It was such a smooth process, and we were thrilled with the quality and style of all the rentals. We highly recommend them for any wedding or event. read more

Premiere Events rentals far exceeded my expectations! Deseree was incredible to work with and especially accommodating as we had to postpone our wedding from March to October, but the transfer was as seamless as I could have hoped for. We thoroughly enjoyed working with our event consultant, Deseree. We were planning our wedding from out of town and Deseree was always so gracious with her time over the phone. When we needed to update our order, she took pics of napkins next to the table linens we had already ordered so we could get the full effect as opposed to having to rely solely on images from the website. Small details like this go a long way. Delivery and pickup went without a hitch. We would use Premiere again in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend that you should too for your next event! read more

My daughter was married in April, 2018 in an outdoor ceremony. We rented some side flaps from Premiere to partially shelter the tent at our venue (in case of rain). It did not rain, but sadly, we watched the forecast temperature drop day after day. Each time the forecast became worse, I called and changed my order, adding more flaps and mushroom heaters. I know I changed our original order at least three times! Everyone I dealt with was wonderfully patient and professional, and everything arrived in plenty of time to save the day. read more

Premiere Events has great customer service starting from the Event Consultants to their Installation Team. We greatly appreciated their prompt response and communications while planning for our company event, they all made it easy for us to be set up on time for our start time, the tent we rented was the size we selected, we were notified ahead of time of when to expect their installation crew and the installation crew called ahead of time to let me know they were on time! We rented a tent and some tables for my daughter's wedding, and of course, hoping for a beautiful sunny Texas day, went back and forth on the tent and the side of the tent.
