It was very comfortable and it didn't take me long to get cozy, especially with nice amenities like free drinks, coffee, and snacks. You can also order lunch from one of their lunch partners and they will bring it to you once it is delivered. They are big on offering services here that you might not get at other co-working spaces. The wifi was fast and secure with no issues; thumbs up.

I recommend that you make it worth your while and hit a local bar or restaurant while you are in the heart of the rejuvenated Vine Street area.

With multiple part time options and two full time options, there is a plan that can fit anyone's needs. Even the part timers have access to fitness classes at The LB, which is adjacent to the club. There is plenty of seating from tables with chairs, club chairs with side tables, to lounge style seating and more. And it's busy, which is why they've added a second floor. Each floor has private locked office spaces (for Residents), conference rooms and a fully stocked bar. The wifi is fast and doesn't lag when I'm on a zoom call or streaming music. My company rented a private office from SPACES in August 2024 - December 2025. This was the typical…read morebait & switch... After months there we were hit with unexpected fees that were never communicated, random fees that were not warranted. Restricted access to roof top, door issues, temperature controlled issues, and most importantly severally overdrafted rent issues. The biggest issue of all is that when we would appropriately ask the community employees about the issues we were never given any concrete answers, sometimes given mixed answers and most often no response. We were overcharged for rent over 5 different times while being here and then had to fight to receive our reimbursement back. The only good part about this place during our time there was the old community manager, Toyia King - she was flat out amazing and is nothing short of a saint! Once she moved from SPACES OTR this place is an absolute 0/5. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Their online booking system: clear and easy to book. Their offices: clean, convenient, great setup. Their amenities: SO many! All their rooms are set up with everything you need for a business meeting. We regularly use their large screen TVs for power point presentations and their state of the art webcam, the Meeting Owl (look it up, it's awesome), which our virtual attendees for our hybrid meeting really enjoy. The meetings we hold there are usually board meetings or hybrid meetings held for CE credit. OfficeTeam is one of the best resources we have. We use the Hyde Park and Blue Ash locations and have never had a problem.
