After speaking with T-Mobile on the phone I was advised to bring it to one of their locations and they would add it to my current cellular plan. I had yet to open the box before a young salesman offered to help as I entered the store. He proceeded to explain the process all the while swiping my phone to download the App. Before I knew it he was syncing the watch and the phone. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Further, he assembled the watch and gave me a tutorial! I walked out of there with my watch fully set up on my wrist! My daughter commented on our experience and I told her that I needed to write a raving review. As an educator, I needed to praise this young man because of his work ethic and genuine inclination to help above and beyond.

The promotion at the time would allow me an upgrade AT NO CHARGE to a iPhone 12. I surrendered my phone and spent 4 hours for them to switch over my contacts and found out all my contacts had only transferred my last names and all first names were put in notes. Then I received my first bill and was being charged for the upgraded phone that I should have never been charged. Back again to spent for time with Steve who agreed that there was a lack of communication with the central office and that he would credit my bill until it paid off the phone. I trusted whatever he was arranging. My whole motive to switch to tmobile was to save money and only pay for $50/mo. I went today to ask why I am paying for the phone again. I was so upset with this ongoing issue and Steve, the manager said I never qualified for the new phone and that I have to pay back the credit that made no sense why he did it that way. In the end I am being charged for the iPhone 12 that I never needed and they kept my iPhone 10. I have never been so mistreated and humiliated with such a company and highly recommend never choosing T-mobile.

Her focus, and expertise, and her smile were super helpful on a not so great day when I was dealing with a broken phone. She thoroughly reviewed my plan, found multiple ways to save me money, and guided me smoothly through the frustrating process of replacing my broken phone. Later that day, I returned to activate an older phone temporarily while waiting for the new one. Five Verizon tech support reps over the phone over two days had already said it couldn't be done and told me to wait five more days without service. That's when the smart and handsome white linebacker dude (whose name I wish I had) stepped in. Strong, and determined, he tried five different approaches, refused to give up, and successfully set up my e-SIM card. I was able to install it at home after tweaking my broken screen -- it worked perfectly!! Cool Carol and this dedicated colleague didn't just provide good service, it was GREAT service! "THE DUDE" , well he went above and beyond to help someone in a real bind. It's the kind of effort that makes you proud of people who truly care about doing their job well. I went in at 9am and had forgotten my license so they required that I go get another form of ID. One hour later I returned with the ID and they said OPPS looks like you are not authorized in the account. Sorry. You need to have your husband put your name on it. 2 things. One I was trying to surprise my husband with a birthday gift & two that I wasn't on the account would have been good to know before I drove 1 hour to get ID.

That's fine and all and we got the other phone. We were told we had 30 to return it if my fiancé does not like it. We showed up on day 27 and the phone is not what it was advertised to be. Camera is just down right horrible and it keep dropping calls left and right. They then told me it's only a 14 day return and to call AT&T to see if they can do anything for me. They could not stating the store has to do the return. They just keep pushing me around. A customer of 9 years. Really a shame they could not just swap out the phone with the one she wanted.

The store typically has all of my electronic needs and when they don't have something in stock, they've always been willing to place an order to have it shipped to the store or delivered to my home. And if I need it immediately, they've been extremely willing to let me know whether the item is available in a nearby Best Buy (Holmdel being the closest neighbor) As a further example of the good customer service here, when I bought my new tv earlier this year, it would too large to fit in my car while still in the box. Rather than make me come back with a larger vehicle, the staff went out of their way to carefully remove the tv from the box so that it could safely fit in the vehicle. They didn't have to do that - I'm certainly no one special - yet they took the time out to help me. I greatly appreciated the effort. So I am pushing aside the negative reviews of this place and saying that I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend giving this Best Buy a shot!!

It would be too much effort to put my refrigerator on a truck for a Thursday, Friday or Saturday delivery so I must yet wait for a Monday delivery. This is American service at its best. 3 weeks to get a refrigerator moved from exit 105 to 89 on the parkway. No expectation of trying a little harder of helping the client when they screw up just the oh well they will just need to wait on us!!! Best Buy or maybe worst delivery.
