These classes are typically long and uninspiring, most healthcare professionals likely dread having to take the days off work and spend the money to renew these certifications. Not only that, but sometimes instructors who teach these courses are lackluster, or even mean and hard on you which makes no sense. That was NOT my experience here, thankfully. I had the BEST experience! Kevin and Daniel were heartfelt, committed, clearly passionate about what they do, encouraged participation and active learning, made the content interesting and enjoyable, were incredibly supportive, and made sure we had all of the information we needed to succeed in the course. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful as well. Great vibes here. I would highly recommend coming here for your ACLS/PALS/BLS needs. I drove two hours each way to the Madera location, and I'm so glad I did. I plan to return to take other courses in the near future.
