Phone rings and without even getting the chance to say 'hi' I get this woman on the phone who was either having a bad day or who as the manners of an alley cat. We shall refer to said employee as AC for alley cat. Here's how the call went- Me: he... AC: You make an order with uncle sams? Me: yeah AC: Well, we've got no spice burgers so what do u want? Me: Well, that's my gfs part of the order so I'll pass you over to her. AC: (tutting and sighing like I was ruining her life with the inconvenience of elongating the call for an extra 15seconds) Gf: hello Ac: We've got no spice burgers so what u do want? Gf: (clearly taken aback) Ehh, ok. Emm... Ac: Well, you may order something cause u did pay for it. Gf: ( jaw dropped to the floor) I'll have onion rings Ac: ok. Bye. That was it. Two of us staring at each other for about 20seconds in disbelief. I've never dealt with anyone with such rudeness over the phone from a take away or restaurant. The woman hadn't a morsel of upbringing on her. For that reason I'd never get food from there again. Our food came cold n my burger was horrible. Say i got something extra there. That wouldn't surprise me. Horrible food and horrible service. You don't deserve the 1 out of 5 stars.

The menu includes a variety of fish (which has been freshly caught that day) chips, burgers, pizzas, and even tacos! The fish is served with homemade tartar sauce and wedges of lemon. The chips are tasty and not greasy at all. I did find the takeaway service a bit slow, but think that was due to the number of orders. People had rang through their order before me and then came to collect. There is outdoor seating which would be perfect for a warm day.
