I was only looking for some hair supplies and she directed me to the correct aisle. As we got talking, she knew her products very well, showed me different ones and was very patient with my questions.She wasn't rushing me or made me feel like I had to purchase anything. I went in there for two things and walked out with many other things that my hair needed and i didn't know. Very well laid out store, super friendly staff and reasonable prices. I will be back.

They bully customers fabricate stories to their corporate and then a final cherry on top they ban you if you put up a fuss like I did I did absolutely nothing wrong outrageous customer service towards people of different ethnicities or people who identify as LGBTQ+ even though the company prides themselves that all beauty is celebrated clearly not I inquired about an item that they didn't have in stock clearly the sales associate was intimidated by my superior knowledge of beauty cause she didn't have much of a beauty background, now I'm banned for life across Canada I love how they think they won up me for not having to apologize for simple fact that I was right and they were wrong of lack of communication on their part yeah?! sure Sephora go ahead you think that lol and then hilariously one of the store managers that was involved in this matter came to the store that I work at asking for ice cream acting like a psychopath that nothing had happened my boss and staff couldn't stop laughing after she left the store stuffing her face leaving my colleagues and I speechless wow just WTF!!!!

Their packaging sizes are much smaller than the volume found at conventional grocery stores, but a little goes a surprisingly long way. There's a program for returning their used/empty/cleaned containers, which is a bonus. Scents can be overwhelming but mellows out after cleansing. I like that they also have a perfume range for anyone wanting to preserve the scent, as a lot of them are actually quite nice. The store can get busy at times but staff is friendly and good at making sure everyone is taken care of. Most of the products have a tester to find your perfect smell and texture, which is essential for these kinds of things. Love the washing stations set-up with tap/sink, paper towels, tub of water, and garbage can to clean your hands after trying stuff. It's a small shop that gets crowded easily and can be hard to find specific products as shelf space is at a premium, compared to their Chinook branch. Wish they could expand and get a bigger-area store! They are very expensive though, so it would be nice if there was a loyalty or points program for customers to get discounts when buying a lot. As an aside, the website is not very intuitive and a bit 'loud'. It can be hard to figure out where to navigate for specific categories and to tell what's being communicated through some of the bizarre wording, like 'kitchen subscriptions'. The spa treatments don't seem to be available in this city, but sounds like an innovative idea.
