Worst experience ever! The fellow who lured me in made guarantees that I found out they would not uphold. The nail buffer that the man used on my nail cracked (which he stated that the buffer would prevent). I went back with the Nail Care Kit and asked for my money back as Nick guaranteed that I would be happy with it. They would not return my money they would only exchange. I said I was not happy with the product and did not wish to exchange. In the end I had to keep the product. I have tried to buff my nails again using the buffer block and it is falling apart already after only the second use. NOT WORTH THE POWDER TO BLOW TO HELL! read more

I have to admit I was approached or rather accosted with the same aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics as the previous reviewer and all the reviewers who visited other locations throughout Calgary. Thanks to all of you, including those who provided feedback on Gratiae products (brand name of the cosmetics the spa sells), I was able to get a refund. This only happened because I returned my nail kit straightaway, within hours of reading all of your negative experiences. There were no questions asked. If you really like the nail buffer, cuticle cream and lotion, Amazon.com sells the same kit for $12.99. That's a more palatable price than $80.00. Lesson learned. I got sucked into this store by a girl named Shauna. I ended up trying the eye gel in store and had a reaction to it a couple hours later. I had purchased the eye gel in store and had asked Shauna if I could return it if I had a reaction to it. She said yes. Well today, I go into the store to return the unopened eye gel and was told by another employee that no one in the store was authorized to do returns. He then spoke to someone on the phone who wanted to speak to me. While speaking to him I told him Shauna told me I could return the product. He said that couldn't be true as they only allow exchanges. I asked if he wanted to speak to her since she was in the store and he said no. End result is I still have the product. I was told to return the following day as the fellow on the phone would be in store and could do the return then. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It's over priced. They don't allow returns. And the products are definitely not organic. read more

I think if you have a great product it should almost be able to sell itself. This would probably explain the over the top, aggressive, and extremely pushy sales people at this store. I almost feel like they make every singe product exactly what you happen to need, to fit your exact skin type, allergy free ect ect even if it is a complete fabrication of the truth. The "buy, buy, buy, half off only for the next 4 minutes sales tactics the staff use not only make me leery of the quality of their products but I find it so annoying that every time I go to that mall I go out of my way to avoid that store. read more

on nov 21 2015 my daughter and i went to the cross iron mills mall passing by the premiere boutique we were approached by somewhat of a pleasent woman handing soaps out , a bit of a scam to get us into the store when a gentleman took over the sales pitch with little jokes and flattering remarks all women like to hear , so aprox, 30 mins into the demostration i made a comment saying "i know your product ,and i know it is very expensive " well that so called plesent man turned into a a not so plesent man , almost instantly after i made my comment he stopped turned his back started putting stuff away my daughter and i say there looking at each other like what do we do now , i said "well how much is it " his comment was "well if you already know our product why do you need me to say the price " he then commented " it over 2000.00 dollars " still with his back towards us i stood up my daughter followed we walked out laughing and mad both at the same time , not even being able to ubderstand his bad customer service . read more

I was given a "gift card" in the form of a receipt for my birthday from my father. He bought here because Cross Iron Mills did not have any other options and he did not know any better. I was immediately dreading this facial as their sales tactics are extremely aggressive and sales assc not trained. BUT I went in and booked the appt. Corah, whom booked my appt, called me 5 min after I left the store to change the time. I confirmed my appt was with her. Appt date booked for 2 days later. I go in this morning.....not only is she NOT there but my appt, which I watched her write in the book, was gone!! The man helping me was showing me next years date trying to show me I am wrong. I called him on it. He quickly reassures me someone will be able to do my facial. I left. 100% scam and I am contacting BBB. DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!!! read more
