Today's visit the clerk immediately assisted me. However, no follow up other than pointing me in the right directions. I needed more than that with sizing. The store has a lot of sports merchandise, it may be what your looking for. However, I have never been able to find what I needed. They have little youth sizes and that has been the issue. Give them a try because there are not a lot of these type of large big box stores with professional team licensed merchandise. Just myself, but I probably will not be back.

Oldest sons' feet have grown like crazy during Covid, going from a size 4y to size 7 Men's. Of course, he needed baseball cleats before practice (again, pair #3) that didn't hurt his feet or my wallet. On a whim, I looked online and found a pair that might work; confirmed stock over the phone and asked the employee to hold (last pair) for us. Arrived to a warm greeting from Cassandra with the Nike cleats waiting. Good fit. Great price: $20 on sale. Saved me $10 and a drive to Chesapeake. They're noticeably reluctant to bring out both shoes to try on at the same time; likely trying to reduce theft BUT it makes it weird to ask "can he try on the other one....at the same time." Enjoyed the hip hop tunes while waiting. Paid easily via Apple Pay and we were on our way. Shared parking lot, no public restroom. Reminds me of A&N from "back 'n the day," with a lot less stuff. Bottom line, if you're looking for wide variety this isn't your place; Dick's probably has more merch on their clearance racks than Hibbett has in the entire store. But, if you're in the neighborhood seeking convenience, take a chance and get inHibbetted.

I have to say, I showed up with my 3 kids hoping it'd be a quick in and out. Unfortunately the next size up was still too small. My daughter also has one foot larger than the other and we're trying to figure out big kid sizing or women's sizing... shoe fit, etc. Hannah spent about an HOUR with us trying to figure out the best shoe in style and fit for my daughter. My daughter also talks incessantly and I have 2 young boys. It was not an easy task but she helped us so cheerfully the entire time. I learned so much from talking with her about shoes and sizing. They also called the Williamsburg store for us to see if they had her size since my daughter was SO IN LOVE with these shoes. I was willing to drive since finding a good shoe in her size and preferences has been complicated. If it wasn't for her, I would not have been able to make it out of the store with shoes AND my sanity intact. I am so very grateful! Another gentleman processed our return/exchange and he was also wonderful! I missed his name but it's clear that this store hires well. I bought a pair of shoes that's on clearance and there are stickers on each box of that shoes that said 53.99 but the cashier charged me 59.99. I didn't check my receipt nor my total because it was black friday that day and I was kinda rushing to each stores due to the lines at every stores. I don't blame the cashier cuz it's black friday and people make mistakes and that's fine, so I went home, figure out the mistake, then came back to get my money back. I told the cashier about this mistake and she was nice, she paged that so-called manager, and rang another customer while waiting. A couple minutes later this manager came to the register, didn't say hi or how can she help me or whatsoever like I don't even exist, and start asking the cashier what was going on with her lazy tone. Since the cashier was still dealing with her other customer, she couldn't talk to multiple people at the same time cuz she's human? but she told her to look at the receipt. However, this ignorant manager won't give up on hustling this poor cashier and ignoring my existence, and just kept asking her what is happening, and of course with the poorest attitude. Finally the cashier finished with the other customer and tell her about the mistake, then they figure out that they put the wrong stickers on the boxes, and the cashier said that it's their mistake, and that manager repeat that to me which sounds like I put that damn sticker on it to scam them for $6. I told her all them boxes had that stickers but I can go check again, but she told me that's fine she can do it like I beg for that freaking 6 whole dollars. She also mentioned "$6" multiple times during our silence conversation. I'm a patient person as you can see I didn't even get mad because I went home then figure out that mistake then I have to drive all the way back here from VB at 9pm but this ignorant is just keep testing my bottom line. I'm surprised that the cashier is not the manager because she is definitely more suitable on that position. This "manager" has 0 management skills, -10 attitude, and -1000 respect.
