I had heard good things about A-Z but now I am questioning those people's opinions! I asked to get USS Chippewa Valley stitched with 3/4" white lettering across the crescent opening in the back of a baseball cap. I wanted large letters that would span the width. "No problem!" I was told. Today when I picked the hat up, 1 WEEK LATER, it is messed up! First thing I noticed was the bad stitching. The V and A in VALLEY is spaced as if 2 words. The ALLEY is spaced correctly. The cap actually reads USS CHIPPEWA V ALLEY. But that pales in comparison to: THE LETTERING!!!! The lettering is 1/2 inch and scrunched across the top spanning barely 3 inches instead of what should have been 6". OK, fine. A mistake was made. Things happen right. I walked outside quite mad but not wanting to make a scene but a moment later returned to ask why these things happened. They then informed me, too late I may add, that what was originally wanted isn't possible. She can't do more spaced out lettering across the entire crescent opening. I asked why the messed up stitching and "the machine must have caught it funny." Yeah, funny...... Not my word. My word.... Horrible, or maybe garbage. If I was offered a refund then maybe all is well but not so much as an "I'm sorry." Save the hassle. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Needed to update my review. I went in and they charged me $375 to replace the screen in my iPhone…read more It broke again! It literally dropped out of my lap and onto a gravel driveway. We are talking a couple of feet. OtterBox and screen protector. took it to Best Buy this time. They told me the screen Marshfield Technology put in my phone was absolute junk. It was so hard to get out of my phone they weren't even sure it was for my phone. (Not to mention the resolution quality and response time was horrible compared to my girlfriends Exact same iPhone). I called Marshfield Technology to discuss this with David (the owner of the company) apparently they have my account flagged because I left them a bad review. He said and I quote "you left me a bad review don't call here anymore." I don't know about you, but that just seems like bad business. I urge all of you to go somewhere else for your repair needs. They use junk to replace your OEM components. I was warned by a coworker of mine that knows them very well that I should take my business elsewhere. I should have listened. Please, save yourself some money and a headache and go to Best Buy. They will replace your screens Whether you have insurance or not and they WILL undercut what Marshfield Technology is charging BY A LOT! Also be warned! The screens that they put in to your iPhones are not Apple products and could potentially void any warranty that you have with Apple.
