I will count my future rejuvenation work on him and his team! Everyone on the team is a blessing to work with, the provided me a home feeling. My friends always comment my skin has been glowing, and I'd credit this 100% to this team. Melissa is the best when it comes to facial. She not only is professional, but also super fun and deep to talk to. I feel comfortable sharing my life events with her as I see the regular facial with her as a detox session - mentally too. Crystal is super efficient when it comes to laser treatment. She's also super patient explaining to me many times the differences among treatments, and customize a plan for me. I trust her handle my face 100%. Stacey impressed me how professional, calm, organized she is. The way she helped me prep my treatment, send written summary and plan etc makes me feel she's my coworker. There was one time I was in the oxygen tank and made a mistake bringing a self heated eye mask in. I called her and she immediately stepped in, turned off the tank. While it still had 15min for me to get out of the tank, she helped me calm down and made me feel safe. Leslie is a lovely and sweet girl!! She did my IV treatments a few times, and i didnt feel any any discomfort at all with her needles. The treatment itself is quite energizing and boosted my energy.

Plastic surgery is a very personal decision, and this was not something I rushed into…read more For over five years, I was dealing with drooping eyelids, heavy brows, and constantly seeing my upper lid and lashes in my vision. It progressively got worse, and I found myself relying on Botox and under eye filler just to manage it. At a certain point, I knew I didn't want temporary fixes anymore. I wanted to address the root of it. During that time, I asked everyone I knew in the Bay Area for recommendations, and I kept hearing the same name... Dr. Lieberman. After looking into his background, it made complete sense. Stanford, Cornell, advanced facial plastic surgery training, double board certified, and fully specialized in the face. I chose to move forward with Dr. Lieberman at L&P Aesthetics, and the experience felt incredibly personalized. I had direct access to him throughout the process, and he personally checked on me during recovery, which meant a lot. He actually called me himself multiple times to talk through the ptosis repair because I wasn't sure if I wanted to include it. He was very honest that I likely wouldn't be happy with my results doing just an upper bleph alone, and took the time to walk me through it until I felt completely confident in my decision. That level of care, especially from someone with such a busy practice, really stood out to me. I ended up having: * Upper blepharoplasty (upper bleph) * Lower blepharoplasty (lower bleph) * Ptosis eyelid repair * Fat grafting under eyes, temples, and smile lines * Perfractional laser resurfacing From a results standpoint, this wasn't just cosmetic for me. My vision is clearer, everything feels brighter and more open, and that constant heaviness in my forehead and eyelids is gone. I also had one eyebrow that sat noticeably lower than the other my entire life, something I never loved but never planned to fix, and now they're finally even, which has made such a difference. As I had been aging I had lost SO much volume in my face and the fat grafting really helped a tremendous amount to bring softness back into my face. But what really stood out to me was how thorough Dr. Lieberman and his team were throughout the entire process. They didn't just focus on the outcome, they walked me through the full healing journey in detail, set realistic expectations, and made sure I understood every possible scenario. I never felt surprised by anything during recovery. I will say, healing does require patience. Especially with ptosis repair, where your eyelid muscles are relearning how to function. There were moments of dryness, swelling, and days where I just didn't feel 100%, more tedious than anything. But I do believe Dr. Lieberman's technique is incredibly advanced, and that played a big role in how manageable the recovery felt overall. If you're researching upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, or ptosis repair, just know it's more than before and after photos. The experience, the surgeon, and the guidance you receive matter just as much. For me, it was completely worth it

I spoke with five different surgeons in the Bay Area and she really stood out for her professionalism. More so than any other surgeon, my consult with her felt like a medical appointment as opposed to a sales pitch. She was honest, patient, and highly informed and willing to go into great detail about the procedure, which I really appreciated. Jolie (the practice manager) was also fantastic for laying out all of the details of the surgery and making sure it went smoothly. I trusted her enough to try a new implant (Motiva) that she hadn't worked with previously and do not regret my decision at all. The surgery itself went very smoothly and I had a surprisingly quick recovery (2 days of bedrest for 215-230cc implants under the muscle). Dr. Weintraub and Jolie were very responsive with the questions I had about aftercare. Three months post-surgery, I'm incredibly happy with the results and keep getting great feedback about how natural they look and feel! 10/10 would recommend this practice and working with Dr. Weintraub especially. Note: A lot of plastic surgeons will go to great lengths to market themselves, taking out advertisements and promoting their business so it's at the top of search results. I heard about Dr. Weintraub from a friend-of-a-friend and was way more impressed with her than all of the top-billed surgeons I consulted with. I was nervous as I had never gone under for a major surgery like this, but Dr. Most and his staff were very personable and made me comfortable the entire time. In terms of results, I couldn't have asked for anything better. My nose looks even better than it did pre-op, it's actually symmetrical! Not only that, the quality of my sleep improved from 70% to 93% according to my sleep tracker. I can breathe so easy now. I had ended up getting a rib graft; pre-op Dr. Most had informed me before as a precaution and reassured me it was the best course of action. I had experienced no bruising on my face and swelling was noticeable but not egregious. The rib recovery wasn't as bad as I thought, very tender and minimal range in the early days but I was able to stop using the pain medication fairly quickly. It can take awhile from pre-op visits to the actual surgery date considering how in demand he is. Once you've established yourself as his patient, definitely use the myHealth app as suggested by his staff. It is much easier to communicate that way instead of phone. All in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Most to everyone. A huge thank you to him and his staff.

We were referred to Dr. Most for a complicated functional revision case. Before scheduling, I…read moreexplained that we live in San Diego and asked whether the consultation could be done virtually. I was told that I needed to be evaluated in person. I also explained that I already had a CT scan and an assessment from another revision surgeon that I wanted reviewed, but was told the imaging would not be reviewed beforehand. I was reassured that patients travel from all over to see Dr. Most, so I believed making the trip would be worthwhile. We spent a significant amount of time, money, and energy traveling to San Francisco and also paid several hundred dollars for the consultation. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed. In my experience, the examination felt very brief. Dr. Most examined my nose in person, but I did not feel that my functional concerns or existing imaging were meaningfully evaluated. I repeatedly explained the severity of my breathing problems and offered to provide my CT scan, but he did not appear interested in reviewing it because his own examination did not reveal a significant problem that he believed he could address. What made this particularly confusing was that before this appointment, another highly experienced revision surgeon, Dr. Robotti, had reviewed my CT and given me a detailed assessment. He wrote that the imaging demonstrated an external nasal valve issue, predominantly on the left, along with septal deviation, enlarged turbinates, and recurvature of the lower lateral cartilage obstructing the nasal valve, particularly on the left. He characterized what I was seeking as primarily functional rather than cosmetic. I understand and respect that different surgeons can reach different conclusions and that a surgeon has every right to decide that a patient or procedure is not a good fit. My disappointment is with the consultation experience itself. After explaining beforehand that I had significant functional symptoms, existing imaging, and another specialist's assessment--and then being told I needed to travel to San Francisco for an in-person evaluation--I expected those materials and concerns to receive a more thorough evaluation before being told there was essentially nothing he wanted to address. I wish I had understood beforehand that the CT and prior assessment were unlikely to play a meaningful role in the consultation. Had I known that, I could have made a more informed decision about whether it made sense to spend the time and money traveling from San Diego for the appointment.

UPDATE: from the stitches done by Dr. Newman it came undone 7 days later (new wound and now need new stitches). Did some research on sutures becoming undone and all of them said it has to do with the doctor that tied them [utilization of improper knot, knots tied loosely, improper suture material, selection of incorrect needle, over tightening of sutures, placement of sutures, incorrect suture technique]. Disclaimer: to protect my HIPPA Rights/Privacy Rule, I am using a pseudo name to protect my identity. I would highly recommend visiting another practice if you are thinking about getting any surgical procedure or even something as simple as botox. After reading other reviews (along with my own experience), it does seem that Dr. Newman doesn't actually care about his patients, but cares about getting that paycheck. I got Vaser Liposuction and although I lived through the procedure and didn't die- there are several issues I have with having it gotten done here. When getting marked up for the areas for liposuction, his nurse (Dee) was pretty rude and degrading and talking about how I need more procedures such as EmSculpt for my ass and a breast augmentation for my breasts because then I will look like a "twig". These comments are extremely inappropriate and not professional, especially when the patient is about to go into surgery. I'm not sure if this is their form of "upselling", but they need A LOT of work. Very pushy and forceful in my opinion. I also felt very rushed on the day of my surgery but there were literally several different nurses that would come in and ask me the same question (whether or not I've eaten, if I know what procedure I am in for etc.) In addition, the door was left open half the time so I could hear Dr. Newman yell who is this? and then one of the nurses saying "that's your patient Victoria". I came in for a rhinoplasty consult once before and on the day of my surgery Dr. Newman decided it was a good idea for another doctor to come in and give me another consultation (when I'm about to go into surgery for Vaser Liposuction so this could have waited). After the ADDITIONAL consultation, the nurse (Dee), came in to yell at me to get changed into the gown and I had to inform her that it's impossible to get changed when there are tons of people coming and going. The rhinoplasty doctor named Dr. Gataleda seemed great, so I would recommend going with him because he seems to know what he's doing and talking about (and professional), but it's a shame he's joining this practice. It's very unprofessional and as a patient I did not feel at ease. He told me the logistics of the procedure and how long healing/recovery would take given with my nose-goals. Dr. Newman did NOT ever give such a consultation in great detail (even for Vaser Liposuction). There was also not a "check in with your patient the day before their surgery to see how they're feeling" appointment or phone call. After my surgery I was in a lot of excruciating pain and texted the doctor but Dr. Newman didn't really do or say anything that was helpful. The next day he "checked in", but didn't reply to my text on how I was feeling (after asking). If you need to take more opiates/narcos then required I would highly suggest taking an anti-histamine so that you don't feel itchy and nauseous (very important tips!) Karen and the rest of the staff seemed to downplay the surgery A LOT. Even in the packet they give you it says you need four hours of rest, but you "should be fine" after. The truth actually is recovery will take at least 3-4 weeks. And in order to see the results it will take 3-6 months. They might tell you "you're young and you're going to heal within a week" but that's just them kissing your ass. 3-4 days after my surgery I was still in pain and obvi took the hydrocodone I was prescribed. The tenderness and swelling won't go away for weeks. Also the areas that you got lipo will swell up to the point where you look like you're fat again and the lipo didn't do anything (but this is a normal process and Dr. Newman and none of his staff will inform you on the reality of the healing/process and timeline). Again it'll take 3-6 months to see how you will really look like once your body heals. Other tidbits: -when they rolled me over for the surgery, they definitely didn't check to see if my teeth would accidentally cut my lip (which it did so I woke up with a busted lip woo!) -after the surgery: I was outside with the nurse Dee and Dr. Newman also came outside to leave and didn't care to say hi/bye (probably thought I was on hella drugs and wouldn't remember -_-). read more

I had the pleasure of getting introduced to Dr.Newman while I was getting a facial with Elisha at Monika Stone Skin. I care a alot about my face, and I am very picky about who gets to touch it. I trust Monika Stone and her staff with my" skins life" so to speak. She is very knowledgeable and honest so when she told me I should talk to the Docter about Botox and Lazer treatments to help reduce some of my " not so fine wrinkles" I knew it was something I had to do. I was only worried about the hassle of getting an appointment. The transition was so smooth, she informed her staff that I needed a consultation and next thing I knew the Dr. Newman actually took the time to come into my facial room introduce himself and really take a thorough look at my skin that same day! He really listened and came up with a treatment plan that works for me. I do not want extreme or over the top results, more natural. He understood that and came up with a brilliant plan, its cohesive with my facial treatments ... my aesthetician and my Dr. COMMUNICATE , a dream come true BTW and now I have a full team of experts at this one stop shop ;). Nicole was warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They offered me water while I waited (which wasn't long at all), and the whole vibe of the office was clean, calm, and professional. Dr. House was amazing--super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He really listened to what I wanted (I'm a mom of two young children so making me feel youthful was exactly what I needed. just a subtle, natural refresh), and he delivered exactly that. The procedure was quick, nearly painless, and I saw noticeable results within a few days. No bruising, no frozen look--just a smoother, more rested version of me. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends! Excellent customer service and beautiful results. Thank you AGAIN

As it was on my nose, I wanted a second opinion for how to best handle the Mohs closure. Dr. Sean talked me through all of the possible outcomes (minor to severe), we discussed possible paths, and I eliminated one option (worst case scenario that I didn't expect to happen anyway). He was extremely patient and responsive, and made sure I understood the steps in the process. We set up for him to do the closure after the other office did the removal. He was professional, kind, and did a fantastic job. I think my nose looks even better than before! Almost zero scarring, and worth every penny. He was thorough with follow up care and checking in for weeks afterwards. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
