The place was a little chaotic with different tattoo artists in one place attending to their own customers/clients. There is, however, 2 people that would welcome and direct you where to go and that's very helpful. The person who did my piercing was very friendly and made sure to explain the process before, during and after (e.g. how to take care of my piercing so it heals properly). A couple of weeks later from the time I got my ear pierced, it got so swollen that my skin swallowed the stud and I had to pull it out last night. It might be a user error but that was so painful and I would not want to put myself through that pain again. LOL!

The piercer definitely has a direct, no-nonsense personality, which I could see might not be for everyone, but honestly it gave me confidence that he knows exactly what he's doing. He worked quickly and smoothly. I've seen piercings done before that seemed slow and uncomfortable, but this was the opposite. It was fast, precise, and over before my wife even had time to react. She had multiple piercings done, including a flat and a small constellation placement, and they turned out great. Everything looks really well balanced and thoughtfully placed, not random at all. What stood out to me was how thorough the aftercare instructions were. He made sure she understood exactly how to take care of them and even mentioned things like being careful while washing her hair, which we wouldn't have thought about. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! We came here to pierce our babies ears (6 1/2 months old and she was preemie…read moreso she still tiny) and one of the girls pierced one ear crooked. It was coming out of the side of my babies earlobe and not straight through the back. Then they go on and try to tell us that it's because the earrings were to big for her which is why you could see the back of the earring while looking at her front faced. I personally looked at the earring myself & seen that she pierced it incorrectly and the was piercing from the front to the side of her lobe! They took out the piercing and said to let it heal for 3 days & return to get it pierced. HELL NO!!!! I told them to take out the other earring and asked for a refund.
