Not upfront on potential charge one may incur I was told my Insurance was accepted. Was not told of any co-payments or if there were any, how much I would have to pay. I started the therapy sessions and of course they kept submitting for more sessions with the insurance company. After 12 sessions I receive an invoice amounting to $168 per visit. This wipes out my HSA funds in the beginning of the year. It's rediculous. If I were told the potential cost up front I would have not done the therapy or at least shopped around for a better price. I am upset that no cost was ever given and then i get the bill after all of the sessions and all of the additional sessions added. I go to my chiropractor and it's $25 per visit and I get true physical therapy, heat therapy, TENS therapy, no charges per item, just one simple copay and it doesnt matter if I met my deductible or not for the year. read more

Katrene Delaney is a very professional physical therapy. She caries herself in a very professional manner. She cares extremely hard for her patients. Last July when I came in I was unable to lift my right arm. After three months of following her instructions and her effort I am now able to lift my right arm without pain. She has all good staff. She treats all of her employees with respect they deserve. She also for a hispanic family who could not afford her service she allowed the mother to work off the bill by helping around the office. She is very open to help all. I am currently being treated for issues with my trigger fingers on both hands. I would not go to another Physical Therapist. She is the best in the area and I trust and respect Katrene the most. read more

Talk about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to schedule a 1st appointment for my husband and the person answering the phone really had no idea about our insurance. I tried to explain which Empire Blue Cross plan that we had and she clearly did not know whether or not they accepted it. Then she took my name and number and said she would call back. I asked how long should I expect to wait and she said 5 min. She offered no explanation why. After 10 min, I called back again and was told that she still had to call me back. Again, she offered no explanation why. I questioned why, and then the owner got on the phone. The owner proceeded to yell at me that the other girl was taking care of a new patient and I would just have to be patient. I explained that she did not ever tell me that and gave me no explanation at all. She continued to be very discourteous and totally unprofessional. I stated that maybe this was not the place for us. She then said, maybe it isn't! I hung up and decided to call another outpatient PT, where they were very nice and very professional. I decided to call Premier back to speak to the owner. I wanted her to know that I have been in Healthcare for over 30 years and our Hospital thinks that Patient Satisfaction is EXTREMELY important. We would never tolerate treating sick patients and/or their families in that manner. Of course, I was told very abruptly, that she was with a patient and could not speak to me. I asked that she return my call when she was done. About 2 hours later, I received a call back asking for my name and number so they could register me. Again, I asked for the owner to call me back. She never called me back......... I would not go or take my family to Premier PT of Suffern, if they were the last physical therapy center on Earth! They really need a lesson on how to treat people like human beings!!!! read more

My experience with Premier was great. They provided physical therapy for my tendinitis. And this was after a false start, because first I tried another local practice, whose staff I found unprofessional and whose treatments seemed to increase the pain. Switching to Premier (upon a personal recommendation) put me on a fairly quick path to full recovery. The staff was very courteous, attentive and professional, and above all Katrene Delaney was astute enough to recommend the exact right treatment to fix my arm 100%. No question I would use these guys again in the future if the need ever arises. read more
