Esther is highly experienced and excellent in her field. Tristan is the same. I am not familiar with other staff, except that the office staff is great. I have osteoarthritis in both hands where the thumb meets the wrist. My orthopedist recommended therapy to build up the muscles of the wrist, and Alliance was on his preferred list. When I began therapy, I was unable to lift a glass of water with my hand because I couldn't grip it firmly enough, and I could not swing a golf club without severe pain. That pain accompanied other functions, especially with my right hand. During the first several weeks, I did not observe much improvement. However, soon I did feel improvement, that was noticeable from week to week. The therapy was continued for several months and the improvement was dramatic compared to week number one. I was receiving therapy 2 times each week, and that was changed to 1 time each week as improvement continued. However, after two weeks of 1 per week therapy, my therapy was abruptly ended by Alliance. It was explained to me that I had not experienced much change from week to week based on measurements that were taken and compared. But that was not my assessment. I had felt improvement from week to week, and had not reached any plateau empirically. I still had some pain executing various tasks and had been led to expect that the 1 per week sessions would continue for some time. But at the second 1 per session, I was informed that they would be discontinued. I was very disappointed and felt that the decision was arbitrary. Insurance had not expressed any concern, but Alliance ended my therapy anyway. I believe they could have done better and I feel that I was being dumped for some reason that I don't understand, in spite of the explanation given to me. So now, per my orthopedist, I am left with a decision to endure the pain and discomfort, try steroid injections, or surgery (which involves a 6 month to a year recovery). Or, I guess, I could try to find another therapeutic organization. Sorry for the long story, but I wanted to tell it all. Others can make their own decisions whether they want to try Alliance or go somewhere else.

They do not care about the patients or the residents that live there completely rude. No bedside manner whatsoever. my mother sheets were changed once in a two week. Period. Blood on them and I had said something. They didn't shower her for over a week my mother would call me numerous times crying she was so itchy and couldn't take it anymore I had to call and tell them they needed to do something or I was pulling her out of there things got progressively worse, not better. She made that final call to me crying from therapy to take her out. She couldn't take it anymore The therapist got on the phone told me to get her the hell out of there that she's not being taken care of. I was there in a heartbeat and pull her right out. Upon being there visiting my mother as she was being distributed her medicine the two nurses were conversing one was complaining as she walked out of a patient's room saying he's complaining he's nasty. She said what is he complaining about? The other one proceeded to say he's itching he's got bumps on him and the other Nurse mumbled slowly under her voice out loud well don't you think you should do something about it because the other one was complaining so much about the patient I also was outside with my mother sitting, and the other patients were talking about someone that had left there with bumps on them as well I had to take bleach wipes from home and wipe down my mother's food tray and the side table next to her bed upon her arrival there was crap or blood on the wall. I took a picture over a week later it was still there I think the floors are just smeared with whatever dirty water they have. It's completely disgusting maybe appealing to the eye, but it's really not. The nurses are not there for the patients they are there for the mighty dollar. Which seems to be the mighty dollars not much cause they have no care . I would take the bad reviews over the good reviews to understand the reality here . We are the voice of our parents. I wish we could be the voice for everyone there unfortunately in today's society people really don't give a crap about their job and they lack the compassion for other people. The doctor there is completely incompetent I don't even know how they got their degree no communication even speaking into the person in charge because I went to him a week later because I was out of town he said why did you come to me so late? I can't do nothing now and said your mother was in one of our best units if that was one of your best units, what do you say about your place for the rest of your units and if you're reading this, you know exactly who you are did not reply to this with your hideous robotic already prescript answer from the Willows save it hide behind your computer and do absolutely nothing . Maybe you need a class in bedside manners etiquette compassion before you hire people that have none of those qualities or bring your own mother or father in your facility and let them stay where you have these patients it would be completely unacceptable to you as it is for us. Confirmed by outside doctor BEDBUG BITES!!!! Outrageous !!!!!!!!!! and all they did was give her allergy medicine
