I would not recommend this practice based on my family's experience…read more We sought care here for our children and were told that the practice would submit claims to our insurance company. After months of treatment, we were unexpectedly informed that we owed a significant balance for prior sessions. What was most concerning, however, was how our family was treated during a mental health crisis. On the same day I received a billing message, I called the office because my older daughter had expressed thoughts of harming herself. As a parent, this was one of the most frightening situations I have ever faced. Instead of receiving compassion, guidance, or concern for her well-being, I was told that the practice could not help us because of an outstanding balance associated with my younger daughter. To make matters worse, after a single discussion regarding the balance, I received communication that immediately referenced legal action and attorneys. At a time when my family was dealing with a child's mental health crisis, the focus seemed to be entirely on collecting money rather than providing support or demonstrating concern for patient well-being. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. There was no effort to provide resources, offer guidance, or show concern for a child in crisis. The conversation focused on billing while my family was facing a mental health emergency. Mental health providers work with vulnerable patients and families who are often experiencing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I expected compassion, understanding, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Families seeking mental health care deserve a practice that prioritizes patient well-being, communicates clearly about financial matters, and responds with empathy during times of crisis. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I'm so glad I went through with it--the initial assessment was incredibly insightful and has really shaped the level of care I've received. I genuinely feel like my experience has been tailored to my needs, which has made all the difference. One thing I really appreciated is how transparent they were from the beginning. They clearly explained my care plan and provided an estimate of the costs upfront. They also accept insurance and submit it on your behalf, which made the process much easier and less stressful. The space itself is beautiful, and you're there for so much more than just an adjustment. There's a dedicated area to stretch and prepare your body beforehand, followed by a calm cool-down zone. Additionally, they offer a wide range of services beyond standard chiropractic care. The staff are incredibly kind, and having draft kombucha available is such a lovely, thoughtful touch. I see Dr. Kaitlyn, and she is absolutely fantastic--so relatable, and she takes the time to explain everything she's doing and why. I am so happy I found this spot and cannot wait to continue care here.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed, yet he still pushed me past what I thought my limits were. Before going in, I questioned whether this place would be of value because I thought I could probably just stretch on my own at home and do the same thing. Man was I wrong! They definitely know what they're doing here and they stretched me way past what I would have done at home. Their knowledge on the body also showed me where and why I was having pains and tightness in certain places that I would have not known on my own. I'm definitely coming back and doing their program. I highly recommend this place! I'm thinking this could be better than my chiropractic care or at the least a necessary addition. Plus the chiropractor is $50/5 mins. This is $40-$50/30 mins. So excited!

My spouse had gone to Imagine for PT and recommended it to me based on her great experience. From the moment I walked into my last visit, I was always made to feel welcome, they were always on time, and we came up with a plan to address my specific needs. We would review and measure progress every several weeks and it was always a dialogue about whether the treatments and exercises were having the expected impact. From an administration perspective, communication was always good and I always knew what my copay was going to be. Making appointments were easy and they worked with you in case something came up. I have to say this is the most amazing most thorough most professional most knowledgeable Chiropractor I have ever been to. I wish I would've found this guy 20 years ago. I'm used to going into a chiropractor's office getting adjusted and being out of the room within 5 to 10 minutes. That is not the case with Dr. Marcus Hostetler. The Treatment I get from this guy seems like above and beyond the most expensive five star treatment you could possibly get in the most expensive part of the world. Just to compare, he makes the other chiropractors look like they are a little kids playing doctor and don't quite know what they're doing. There are chiropractors within five minutes of where I live. I am no longer going there. I am now going to Savannah highway and driving the extra 15 minutes just to see him. He also has one of the best medical massage therapist in town.
