I really love this place. I have not had great luck finding chiropractic care in the Charleston area until about 3 weeks ago when I found Dr. Kate and Dr. B!! They CARE!!!!!!!!! They don't just jump in and "crack" you, they do a thorough exam before to make a plan and then you must do their stretches and "warm-up" before each treatment!
