I was worried, because the lobby was full, but this was probably the quickest that I've been taken in to a back room. I was given the pre-exam by an assistant to the assistant, and within a few moments, PA Sawyer came in to check me out. A couple of x-rays were done, and I was told that I had very photogenic bones, and that they looked very youthful. This brought the visit from a 4 star to a 5 star. I was then explained in detail what my symptoms were a result of, and how to help alleviate them going forward. Her bedside manor was top notch and even though I was given a shot, and some semi-not-so-good news, I left there feeling really good about my visit and the future of my elbow. I'm going back in six weeks for a follow up, but she said if I was feeling better, that I could cancel, which shows me that they're not just in it for the appointment revenue. I'll be back again for sure if I ever need anything.

My NP only shared basic information that can be found online and refused to state whether she personally recommended the vaccine. During a measles outbreak in this state, that lack of guidance felt irresponsible. My parents' views were not challenged, and nothing changed. I left feeling unsafe, not advocated for, and completely unheard. I have lost trust in this clinic to prioritize patient safety, especially for minors who cannot make medical decisions for themselves. Additionally, it is not typical for an entire clinic to be staffed solely by nurse practitioners. Most healthcare clinics include at least one medical doctor to ensure an appropriate level of medical training and oversight.

I arrived on time, checked in and within 10 minutes or less, I was called to the back, escorted, interviewed as to problems and difficulties, and Dr. Aymond was there pretty promptly soon thereafter. He always gives us a straight answer and we feel well looked after. His cheerful and warm demeanor extends to the rest of the staff at the office because we are handled with care each time we visit by all we interact with.
