On entering there was a variety of pet supplies and to the back there were various puppies. I put my eye on a white maltese. I was asked if I wanted to see one and of course I said yes. We went to a room to have a little play time. I was hooked. The process went smoothly. They explained to me about what shots he had and that he would require a doctors visit. There was also a guarantee that the dog was in good health. I packed up on a few items and I was now a puppy dad. I would recommend this place as a great place to grab supplies or a great pet. What made it worse was the customer service. One staff member was outright rude when turning my mom away, and another gave her a very disrespectful dirty look, as if we were inconveniencing them for showing up. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I even called the team lead afterward to explain what happened, and she didn't bother apologizing or showing any empathy. She acted like the situation didn't matter and offered no solution. Any groomer should know how to handle nervous dogs with patience and compassion , and the staff here showed neither. If your pet is even slightly anxious, or if you expect basic respect when you walk in, I would not recommend coming here. There are far better groomers who actually care about their clients (both pets and people).

This facility seemed promising, with a field for your pets to wonder while they wait. When we show up for our appointment at 2:30pm the doors were locked. So we waited with the other two patients outside. Once the doors were unlocked we got checked in, while waiting the two ahead of us got called back, then a walk in got called back, then a regular got called back. We've been waiting 40 minutes to be seen past our appointment time. Once the duck got called back before us id had enough waiting with how anxious my boy was getting. Once it went on an hour wait and everyone got called back but us I decided to leave. Unfortunately this place only caters to regulars and emergency. They aren't the best to new clients at least from our experience.

I had a great place that I had been taking him since he was a puppy and they were very good at grooming. At Bark Avenue I was given an estimate of $60-$70, it would be the higher price if they would need two persons to get his hair cut. First of all the shop is more inclined for big dogs and they have them walking around the shop and barking playing. Well my Yorkie was kept in a crate before and after appointment because he needed a vaccine that was required and I told them he was afraid of big dogs. When I arrived to pick him up the groomer said he was very good and was charged $70.00. When I got home I checked the cut and his paw hair was left with long hair, his sanitary areas were also left long, I asked for teddy bear face cut and summer cut and I was disappointed. This place is good for big dogs.
